My Name is Umakanth.T.
I am the hutch customer from past 7 years.
Now I am baring the numbers
1)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
2)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
3)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone
4)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone

1st problem:- regarding number [protected]
1)I am unable to receive the network from past two months and till date but still i am receiving the bill every month.
2)i had complained about this to the vodafone customer care [protected] from my prepaid number and they are saying me that they are unable to connect me to the post paid department.So i asked what shell i do for this.Then I asked them whether post paid and prepaid departments belong to the same Company are not.
3)When they reqired a connection they will come to us but when we want your service they are not at all bothered about that.
2nd problem:-regarding number [protected]
1)After seeing this all i want to disconect this number so i called the customer care and asked to disconect this connection.they said me to submit a letter in Vodafone Head Quarters in Chennai,Which is 42 Kilometers from where I stay.
2)When they want a connection they just say lot of thing about there customer care and lot of offers provided by them.And they will come to us where we stay but when we have problem why we should do this all...
3rd problem with [protected]:-
1)I had take this number from a shop near my home where i submitted all my documents of proof.
2)But after 2 days they had barred my out going calls
Reason:-That i did not submit my documents of proof
3)!st thing why they are selling there sims in all the shops they find.Why don't they sell in so called Vodafone shops.
4)This is very worst Why because i had given this number in my resume
and I missed all my job oppurtunites.
4th problem with [protected]:-
This Number I got from my friend.This Sim is Having Some lock system which I am unaware.So i tried and the sim was locked,so asking about PUK number.So i Did an other major mistake That is calling to vodafone customer care.This time a new surprise

We had changed our IDr Flow of service for the BETTER CUSTOMER CARE Service
press 1 -->for the lose of sim and so on

SO i pressed 5
Enter the mobile number so i entered the mobile number
it had said me the puk number of that sim.
I am So Happy by listening and tried that thats it Now MY phone Was Blocked Completely...........

I again i tried to speak with the custome care In this new IDRs sevice we can't speak with the customer care support people.
So i tried to reach the custome support people in a different way like complaing for the lose of sim
now it asked me to enter my moblle number
as per that i entered
asked for the conformation
i conformed it.
then again asked for the number
again i entered it
asked for the conformation
i conformed it.
finally i got a message like THANK YOU FOR USING THE CUSTOMER CARE VODAFONE................

Sir, when i bought the first noumber then they told me that i will have to bought one more vodafone nouber if i want to change my postpaid plan to change into prepaid plan, now i want to change my first noumber into prepaid but they are refusing to do so, and asking me to buy one more, as i already have two noumbers and i dont want to buy one more, but i want my noumber [protected], postpaid to prepaid then why your company refusing to do so, i have given my above nouber to all of my contects and in many resume...please understand my problem and alow me to change my number postpaid to prepaid...
many of my frinds also have vodafone connection, , , if your services are as much irresponsible then i will discontinue my number and also told to my friend to widraw your number...

Vodafone — asking me to submit my documents in every six months. even though i already submitted them many times.

I am using vodafone sim from last two years. But in every six months message from vodafone center will come to me stating that i hve to submit my self attested documents other wise my service will be discontinued. Now in last 2 years i already submitted my documents 3 to 4 times even then they are not updating there data and continuously annoying me with there messages every now and then. Last 2 times i went to vodafone office near powai and submitted my documents, they confirmed me it wont happen again but still from last two days i am continuously getting the message from vodafone saying that i ve to submit my documents. Not even that when ever thy called me thy would say sm other name instead of mine and offering me new skims. every tym i had to ask thm to update thr data but only confirmation no action.
got to say vodafone customer care sucks.

I am using vodafone from last 3-4 years. The only problem that I have faced so many times is auto activation of schemes like Caller Tune(CT) or Missed Call Service(MCS). Vodafone automatically activate these schemes on my number. It is badly irritating me, I thinking to quit Vodafone service. My number is [protected]

In reff. to the below, i thank you for finally changing my billing address in Feb 2010 after so many reminders and visits to the Vodafone stores.
In February 2010 finally my billing address was changer when i continuously visited the Vodafone store in okhka phase II, for 3 consecutive days and as per the customer care executive the address was changed in records. As per my discussion with care executive and as per my records she was convinced with problem that i had faced from the last one year against which she gave my a bill reversal of Rs 300 in my next bill.

But the problem arises when i still was not receiving my bills at the new address from the next billing period. Due to non payment of my bills my outgoing calls were barred on 29 april 2010 for an outstanding of Rs. 2672. I had already started calling your customer care from my mobile number for not receiving of bills which are on record to which they had promised for the delivery of a duplicate bill in 7 working days.

Till 15 may 2010 when i still did not received my duplicate bill i visited your Vodafone store in sector 31 Faridabad to check the reason for not receiving the bills on time. They did not have any reason for the same and were avoiding the issue with dump faces instead they told me that the bill will reach me in couple of days more and till that time i should deposit the outstanding amount of Rs.1500 to activate my services which were barred from your end. I again had an optimistic approach to the same and deposited the said amount on there request thinking to have a good result later.

On 27 may 2010, yesterday, i received my current months bill which had a good surprise for me.
1. The bill reversal / waver for Rs.300 that was promised to me was not actually done.
2. Late payment charges for Rs.100 were again imposed on my account.
3. When my services had been barred on 29 April 2010 till 15 may 2010, i had been charged with the monthly charges for the entire month.

Looking at the above i am really in a state on shock and feel cheated from the last one year from your end.
I request you the last time to please look into the matter and sort it asap so that i can possibly continue to use your services.
would appreciate your prompt reply...

This is regarding the problem i am facing from vodafone essar mobile services since almost 6 months. My problem is that i had requested for my billing address change almost 6 months before for my two nos that i am holding which are [protected] and [protected].
On one of the nos [protected].the billing address had been changed then from the next billing cycle but for my primary no it has not been modified till date even after a number of reminders. Now today i again called your customer service and they are telling me to submit the change in add.proof again. I am not sure what is happening at your end but there is a lot of inexperience and non professional attitude in your staff.
Also if you will check my m.no details, i am using the same no since last nine years. From the last several months i am also being penalised for the late payment charges on my no for which the whole mistake is at your end as i don't receive the bill on time.
This is the last time i am trying to explain it to you and if you feel i am not justified for my sorrow please feel free to disconnect my no with immediate effect and collect the closing amount from me.

Customer care executives don't know to speak proper english, if they dont know to reply means then immediately they will put the call in hold and never attends the call, so irritating, sometimes they say that they will transfer the call to their senior executives, but no one will attend the call even after waiting for more than 20 mins and the call gets automatically disconnected. No telecom service is so bad like vodafone in india. and i am going to post all of this customer care complaints in facebook, orkut, twitter etc.. Bcoz they have promised me and not resolved one of my complain yet..i am so much fed up..

Vodafone — Very irresponsible customer service

As per the message sent by vodafone service, I submitted my documents proof (passport xerox, driving license and company id proof ) to the vodafone store on[protected]monday) . The services are to be rectified with in 24hours. But 10 days passed away and my in coming and outing going calls are getting barred. When calling to customer care , various answers are said by various executives, which are irrelevant and also the calls are being disconnected without proper information.

I am using vodafone no [protected] from last 5years. I have all ready submitted the documents 3 times. last time submitted in Rajajinagar (bhashyam circle) Bangalore vodafone shop on 27th october 2010
The problem is when i do the call voice recording is coming this is herritating me lot. also so many times are wasting I have all ready complaint to the customer care service more than 10 times. no response from them. Pls take the nessesery action. Other wise I will change the sim and use other network connection

Hi, my number is [protected], my calls being barred all of suddenly i don't know why, when i call the customer care they say the request had been registered in Vodafone store at Perambur, i did give a request to cancel my number one month before that too only in customer care line and later due to some unavoidable reason i had to re-activate to cancel that request, however i did not give any recently in any Vodafone store and i don't understand how the request got filled and even if it is someone filled by mistake don't anyone bother to call the customer and know why they want to cancel the connection after using the network for more than one year, thats stupid, if they did called me then this issue would have never happened, when i called the customer care to activate my number immediately the agent said that it can't be done immediately and I've asked him to transfer the line to the supervisor and while talking to him all i said was "All i want you guys to do is to activate activate my damn number immediately ", then the Supervisor goes like "Sir, as u using profanity i have to disconnect the call and just hung-up the call", I don't understand in which language the word "damn" is being considered as profanity, even a month before i was being charged Rs.800 for using mobile Internet, i have used not even 1GB, i think it had just used around 800MB, it is damn high charge when Airtel offers plan for 2GB usage @ just Rs.99 and Videocon has plans for Rs.99 unlimited usage of Internet, why are we getting abused by Vodafone, just because we are their customers, hope Vodafone changes its attitude towards their customers or at-least future holds a lesson for them. I'm just waiting for Nov 25th, 2010 for Network provider change service to be effective without changing the numbers, as soon that service is made available I'm going to change my number, i regret even wasting my time in making this complaint to a company which never listens.
i, sri surajit dhar, residing at sodepur, kolkata-110, submitted on 12/11/2010 as per DOT instruction at Barrackpore vodaphone store under great eastern...but my line is not activated till date...incoming ok. but outgoing not...please solve this...
