[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone customer service

Hi,

My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment.

I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill.

This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years.

Vodafone, Post Paid — They are bugging me to pay the bill of a number which i had surrendered in jan 2010

Dear Sir/Madame,

I have subscribed a number from vodafone ([protected]) from the past two years.Since i had paid all my bills on time they offered me an alternate number ([protected]), which i accepted. Now the bill which was coming used to be very inflated, due to which i disconnected this number ([protected]) on 19th January 2010. They assured me that the number would be closed but that was not the case. They kept adding the monthly rental and now the bill amount is 900 Rs, which i denied to pay, since i am not using the number from January. On the basis of this due they have disconnected services of my current number ([protected]) for which there is no outstanding till date. Kindly suggest what can be done in this case.

Hello Sir/madam,

I am complaining agaist the incoming tone forecly applied to my mobile no [protected] and charged Rs.30+Rs15 as activation of service without taking my permission. I am realy frustrated for this and informing you that if you will not addback this amount this to my call balance, i will change my connection to some another mobile service provider.

Some time before you have also activate chat service and incming tone to my phone without taking permission and deduct Rs. 60 (30+30) from my call balance.

This is wrong way to to earn money. I am annualy paying around Rs. 6,000 to Rs 8,000 to your company for mobile services.

My some friends also complaining this problem from Vodafone connection and most of them already shifted to some another mobile service providers. Hope you will look into the matter and deactivate this service and addback deducted amount on my mobile balance and in future will not activate any service without my permission.

Please do needful and oblige.

I use [protected] vodafone post paid no. current time i am on roaming last 06- days & my billed amount exceed my credit limit but no any information pass out to me regarding excess amount.

My bill reach to me by mail on 17- April ( Saturday).

On today my services BARRED with out any information, after barring i pay the billed amount today morning 11.30 am. but till 4.45 P.M. my services not activated.

MY EXPEREANCE IS VERY VERY BED THIS VODAFONE SEVICES
Today (22-April-2010) I went to Vodafone Store, Cox town, Bangalore to migrate my postpaid connection to prepaid but straight away they said this is not applicable in Karnataka circle. How can vodafone do like this inspite of TRAI guidlelines..

Guys we need to go to consumer court. How can this possible in other region but not in Karnataka? Do vodafone want to retain postpaid cusotmers?

Vodafone — Sim card not sent even after two complains

Hi,

I have a complain to launh on Vodafone. Two months back I have reported a lost of sim card and asked for the replacement sim to sent.

I was promised that sim will be sent to me in 48 hours but I am still waiting for it. Its been two months and I have complained many times still there is no response from the company.

Again now when I am calling them they still don't have any answer. Due to this I have suffered huge customer losses in my business. I need the officials of the company to pay my losses and improve on the process efficiency.

Vodafone Postpaid — not changing the plan and not giving the deposit

My brother Mr Padam has vodafone postpaid number [protected]..he has requested for plan change to 1 paise scheme and he has paid a deposit of Rs 3000 when he went to abroad,its been 3 months ,we have complained so many times to customer care,approached vodafone office so many times,they are promising but they are not responding properly,they say they will change the plan everytime but they never changed,even we approached higher athorities,they are also not taking any steps,due to this we are getting higher bills every month.

There may be some internal adjustment between staffs for deposits and may be staff is getting commision for higher plans so that they are not willing to change the plan as they have the deposit,such a big company but service and customer care sucks big time,there motive is just to make money,nothing else..customer will not trust vodafone if their customercare works like this.

i want 2 register a complaint that a girl came 2 me from vodafone n offfered me a plan which stated tat i won't get bill more than Rs234 n my outgoing calls wil stopped after i reach the amount of Rs234. n wil have 500msg per month free but i got the bill of Rs.1152 and had no sms free n this bill was of the call and msg i never did. infact after the date of 9 june my call n msg i.e outgoing as well as incoming were stoppped then how come the bill of those dates came. when the people from vodafone called we told them this but yet nthng done plus we came to noe that while changing the number from prepaid to postpaid the charge i.eRs.700 has also been not deposited in your office .
i kindly request you to locate this girl who has done this stuff i wil pay the amount Rs500 as per the stuff but find the girl whose name is narmada.

Vodafone — Billing flaws

I have free Vodafone calling on my mobile number, suppose I call a Vodafone number supposedly for 10 minutes and in between I had a conference just for a minute or so, not only I am being charged for the minutes in conference but for the whole 10 minutes as conference charges.

Also, there are no such charges to the prepaid customers, then why are the postpaid customers being charged unduly.

Vodafone — phone trapped
