[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone customer service

Hi,

My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment.

I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill.

This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years.

i have taken two sim of vodafone postpaid since 2nd May 2011, till today i have not got the sim registered. i m really frustrated with their calls regarding the confirmation of my address, from the day i have taken the sim they are just calling and confirming . On 8th of May when i complaint about this issue they stop calling and not even giving any information regarding the confirmation of the sim. I have tried all the possible numbers they have been calling to me, non of them are in use.one of my sim no:[protected],
i have even left hope regarding the registration and will be glad if you people return back the money. I found my idea connection is better than yours. Even their customer complain is seen withn 24 hours of the complain and even less.
Exactly, AT vodafone if the representative changes your plan to something less they get paid less so they dont and about deposit amount, , , , chekc again i guess i can bet its in the pocket of some store guy and not in ur vodafoen account.
They are good at cheating everywhere., YOU are not going to get back any money from them... its theirs not yours.

I have requested for closure on December 09, 2010. But the same was not closed till March 21, 2010. I was ready to pay the amount that was due till December 09, 2010 even after not being able to make any calls since October 26, 2010. But the lapse was on part of vodafone team. As my vodafone postpaid number [protected] has been barred for outgoing calls since 30th june midnight. In this regard many times i had conversations with vodafone customer care executives and also with vodafone customer retention team executives. Also after getting no response i visited vodafone store sector 18, noida on 2nd june.
now let me explain the communication procedure...

1. i had conversation with you customercare executive named Sahil. he has taken my complain at 1st july morning around 8 and he told me that he has processed the request and my numbers outgoing call will start within 4 hours. (Wrong Commitment).

2. After wating 4- 5 hours again i called vodafone customer care and then i told them if they cannt open my number please change my number from postpaid to prepaid. then i had conversation with Vijay Sharma. He again told me that my number will start working within 4 hours, he told me that he has forworded a mail for mycredit limit inhancement too...(Wrong commitment)

3. Again after waitng 4-5 hours i called to customer care, and talked with another executive of retention team, Simranjeet.. again he didn't helped me in migration my number postpaid to prepaid.. but he told me that please use postpaid as its benificial. he again given commitment to start my number in within 4 hours(Wrong Commitment).

4. After these all frustration i went vodafone store, sector -18 noida. got my number after 2 hours waiting in queue. Again i got the same type of commitment that, we are working on that issue and u ll get your your number started within 4 hours. She also shown me the mail what she has forworded in my behalf. i was totally convinced that it will get start today. But what a surprise number not started yet today.(wrong commitment)

ISSUE- unbilled amount over the credit limit...due to data usage even i have taken the vodafone mobile connect pack 2 gb at 98.

Current unbilled amount is rs 3141 and into this call usage would be max around 500.


please look into this issue. as i m in big problem. not able to do any calls. if not possible then tell me other way.


My customer care is also barred..not able to contact any executive.

VODAFONE/MATRIX — Outgoing barred again and again

We were under CUG Connections of VODAFONE, provided by MATRIX. Due to very poor services from them we had closed around 11 nos. 2 months back and had planning to PORT OUT few numbers but request has been cancelled stating "violence of contractual obligation" even we had made all the due payments of all the numbers.

Now other balance numbers - they deactivate the "outgoing facility without any reason", after writing the mail to customer care few started but once again BARRED. THe same thing is happening since last 2 months. They says there is PENDING PAYMENT with our account whereas we had made all the payment as per there emails/statment thru mail.

In fact due to this our staff and we are facing lot of problems.

please suggest what to do?

In fact the same has been done lot of time, every month, but no result. I received a lot of calls of executives but no result because they people cannt take any decision. different peoples says different things and result is ZERO from MATRIX CARE.

This is Vinoth kumar.S, i had changed my prepaid connection to post paid connection.
15-Nov-2011 - One guy came for brought the proof and he given one Sim card
17-Nov-2011 - One guy came for verification
Verification guy told that will activate that day night itself.
but till today it is not net activated.
if i call him also there is no response from those guys.
Your service is not good.
Do connection properly for my Sim.
otherwise i will change the connection.

Vodafone — Payment related

My auto debit payment for vodafone did not go through for the last month. On enquiring i get a cold response from Vodafone call centre stating the problem is not ours it is yours. Nevertheless since the payment has not gone through I go to hypercity to make the payment ....the officer for payments very happily informs me that the systems are not working and he cant take my payment, he asks me to go and make a payment at the kiosk, i say ok and try to make a payment ...it does not go through...i try twice and then he tells very happily , if its an HSBC card then your payment will not go through.That was on Saturday i left disgusted with vodafone services....Today i go to their store in Malad again to make a payment they keep swiping my credit card the payment doesnt go through...but still claim its not their problem, my card has been wrking throughout but will simply refuse to accept it as their problem. The officer there had the audacity to tell me pls go search an atm and withdraw cash to make the payment...I come back call the call center and the agents there are in no position to help. I would definitely demand a compensation for all the harassment i went through in all the running about especially when i have a flight to catch and i have wasted hours after vodafone just to make my payment
Hi this is Smitha n i had a very bad experience with Vodafone customer service today. The reason is I am receiving a unknown call and that person is abusing me like anything he is talking all dirty words he is calling me from last 2weeks i am really sick and tired so i thought of calling Vodafone Customer Care and blocking that particular no the first person just disconnected my call, i called them again regards to same problem i was very frustrated and told them to transfer the call to the supervisor he put me on hold for 3 times at last he told me he cant transfer my call so i told him my problem then he again put my call n hold can u imagine i was on hold for more then 30 mins then he disconnected the line. i cant understand why the hell they hire such people who don't know to solve the customers problem. i thought of complaining about that unknown person to police but i thought that i am using Vodafone sim from more then 5years i guess i am a valued customer but inspite of solving my problem this people keep us on hold without any reason.
So i kindly request you to please help me in this

Vodafone Postpaid — Application

I was activated the Radio mirchi application on monthly bases charged 30 Rs per month.that is online application.but i am getting recorded and single song from fast 25 days ,i complained so many time but ,those peoples not solved my problem upto today also.

One month ago i applied for postpaid connection 199 plan, but still it is not been activated. I contacted to vodafone center but they are helpless.

Vodafone — monthly charge increases without inform

Dear sir,
when i purchased vodafone postpaid sim card for 70 talk plan, monthly charges 70, 150 free calls, 200 sms is free,
but now they are charging 100 rs they are charging for a month, help me what to do.
