[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone customer service

Hi,

My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment.

I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill.

This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years.

Hi,

Vodafone have started a new fraud business.

How do they work let me explain.

Suppose you have a postpaid connection 1-2 yrs back. Inspite of you have cleared all you bill, they will send a mail that, you have outstanding of XYZ amount on your account (PHONE #). Please pay it immidiately to avoid Legal Action.

Now the consumer DO NOT remember if he has paid the bill 2 yrs back. Then he might think, may be some due in his/her account. So to avoid unnecessaary legal action, he/she will pay the amount as said by Vodafone.

After few months, they will again send a mail regarding that payment with same amount and the process will go on. And unfortunately if you don't remember the payment details, you need to pay that again.

Appropriate action should be taken again Vodafone. I am going to file a case against the Vodafone.
I Was Postpaid costomer last week closed vodafone simcard .And i have paid bill payment but my saving account deducted excess amount.Please verify My account statement and please pay .

Vodafone Telephonr Connection — Disconnection of a Number and wrong payment of Bill on One Number

1. It is bought to your notice that i am holding two Nos of your company, viz, [protected] and [protected].
2. I had asked for termination of tyhe first Number i.e. [protected]. Acccordingly to clear the bill amount of Rs.379/- against it, i had made payment at your delievery point at, M/s Shanti Telecom at HL-3, Jail Road, New Delhi-64. Alongwith it, i had also made a payment of Rs 1741/- against the other Number i.e. [protected]. However, it seems that, inadvertently the bills were credited wrongly against each other, i.e, Rs.1741 credited against [protected](for which a request for termination was already given) and Rs.379/- against [protected](which i am currently holding).
3. In view of the above you are requested to do the following immediately:
(a) Close connection Number [protected], while crediting the surplus amount of Rs.1362/- (Rupees One thousand six hundred sixty two), against the Number [protected] (presently against which Rs. 379/- only has been credited).
(b) Confirm that the above takes place before the 21 Jul 09, to avoid late fee payment against the Number [protected].
(c) To ensure that I don’t have to again make payment for the next month against [protected], by terminating it immediately.

Actually the problem is this that the network of my mobile is not good so i had made complaint to vodafone customer care but they didn't reply me.According to me vodafone is a brilliant connection and in my family we have lot of connections of vodafone.so pls provide me good service and good plans... another complaint is before 2 months vodafone company was providing me a scheme of 5 MINUTES FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL CALLS...But now i am not getting any scheme from ur side...i am your old customer so pls give me any scheme of FREE SMS OR CALLS FOR UK or FREE MINUTES.

Dear Sir / Madam

I converted my pre paid number [protected] to Post paid after telephonic request from your customer care. At that time no body told me about the credit limit but now since 2 days I am receiving the message that my credit limit is 500 only which is going to be crossed so make the interim payment. For your kind information, this credit limit is very very low for me. It should be at least 2500/-. You must ask for the credit limit from the customer before fixing the same.

So kindly increase my credit limit immediately or cancel the post paid connection. I don't need this type of service what you are giving me.

Vodafone — Not getting the service I paid for

Hi, I had recharged for 130 bonus card on August 6th for my vodafone number [protected]. According to the plan I should be charged as following- Calls to local Vodafone @ 20p/min, Other mobiles @ 50p/min and free 100 local SMS per day .

However this is not happening. I am being charged 75p/min for all mobile phone calls. I only get 100 free local sms/day.

I had called Vodafone customer service multiple times (atleast 10 times) to fix this issue and nothing has been done. Inspite of all this I tried my best to be patient with them. All I get is the call centre associates being rude to me and not giving proper explanation as to why the problem is not fixed and disconnecting calls. They just tell me that your complaint has been registered and within 24 hours the issue will be fixed. Please help me on this and let me know what I can do about it.

Vodafone — not deposited my bill by executive

i am vodafone customer No. [protected]. i have received a one promotional call from Vodafone that if i change my plan from Pre Paid to post paid, they had asked the plan and i agree with executive. than i am change my pre paid to post paid. i received a bill for Rs. 1200/- and they asked me to deposit that amount. They send a one executive (named Ankit Sharma) from Intech Solution from Naraina. I Paid whole amount in cash. But till date they show me that i am defaulter of Rs. 1200/-. I have also the Receipt of that amount with executive signature.

i am very upset till 23-July-2009 when i submit my amount. Please take a necessary action against this matter.

vodafone phone — after making the payment vodafone disconnected my services

my mobile no is [protected] of vodafone company. my last month bill was 920 rs which i already paid to one of their represntative nitin on 17th of this month my receipt no of that is 373855 and the bill collecting agency was leading - squad 205 chanakya tower rajpur road dehradun.

but yesterday they disconnected my services due to non payment of my bill, then i contacted their customer care no 111 where i spoke to mr. abhishek pandey (floor superviser) and told him the same and he asked for my recepit no after prviding him the no. he said it may be our technical fault and he was very rude but still my no z not working whn i called him again he simply said that its not our job and i cant help it...

i have been using their services for past more that 1 and half year and its my permanent no, i dont understand why should i suffer cauz of their mismanagement and irresponsability?

i have been receiving network problem from last 15 days.my calls are being dropped.

Vodafone in — For some reason I am not able to connect to the vodafone postpaid customer care department.

Since one week I have been trying to connect to the postpaid customer care to know more information of my plan.I have been kicked out simply and I am unable to talk to the customer care representative.I seriously does not know whether deliberately those people are doing that or some technical problem might have arrived.My question is if every post paid customer has the facility of interacting with the CSR(customer care representative of Vodafone) why not me?

Vodafone — Pure customer service

Mr. Ravi from vodafone outlet on whitefield branch behaved indecently and holded the simcard by expressing that he did not seen the simcard(after I handed over the simcard to him) which I am using for last three years. It was such a bad experience in my life from any of the company outlet.
I am Ankit Bhardwaj, I am using this Vodafone postpaid connection from last 2+ years. my mobile no is [protected]. my credit limit is still 1500 rs.I have requested to close my vodafone connection as I am not satisfied with vodafone (Matrix) services. Reason behind to close connection are:
1. most o the time there is cross connection.
2. Offer me one more connection with 10% discount on first but after taking the new connection they reply the first connection is vodafone matrix.
3. Disconnec outgoing services with any intimation. etc...

And this this time when I am going to disconnected my serves they have given me the new plan 299 with 90 paisa STD but there is headen charge around 899 not disclosed earlier.
