Hi, My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment. I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill. This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir,i Just want to update that i had purchased a vodafone postpaid connection which i was using since last 8-9 months, i used to pay the bill on time.
i requsted them to change my due date becuase it was inconvininet for me they had changed the same after lots of reminder, i was planing to pay my bill accordingly suuddenly 1 month ago they disconnected my service stating that my bill is due i had contacted the customer service for the same asking them to help me the customer service person was very rude to me, i said i will complaint agains you he said do what you want after 2 days i recieved a call which was a payment reminder call i share my problem with the lady he suggested me to contact the customer service again. i again called up the customer service the executive has taken my word lightly and laugh on me then i said i will not pay the bill he said sir its your wish do what you want to do. yesterday i recieved a legal letter said to pay the complete amount or we will file a case agains you.
sir, need your help on the same becuase they are harassing me

I'am using this vodafone service from since 2005 as a prepaid, i was happy wit that n had a control on my usage. Now my usage is beyond my limit after changing it to postpaid. A vodafone dealer made me to change to postpaid saying "if not interested to continue later i can change to prepaid". Now from past 1 year im reqesting vodafone agents to change it to prepaid but its not happening. so plz i request vodafone to change it to prepaid asap.

The services at customer care of Vodafone Mumbai is worst where customer is treated like a person visited the Govt Offices.
Despite of submitting all requisite documents they do not get it as we need to call their CEO to come and collect the same.
I have submitted all the documents at vodafone store at Santacruz. The line was not activated till 4 th day and the reason was that they have not received the documents though every single doc was submitted.
After a mail followup they, line was activated and it got suspended again in two days.Again I Fax a letter of Employment to them which was requested by them and the line was activated for 5 days.
Now the line is suspended and no body is responding.
This is a mental torture to me and I have lost lot of energy and money due to this also.

vodafone phone — one customer was misleading due to he has to pay the amount of Rs. 1,75000/- towards loan clearence
Ms. A.Anu Radha she was a Customer of Vodafone using a mobile no of [protected] she have taken amount of Rs. 2,50000/- towards loan but she didnt clear of Rs 1,75000/- so when ever we are calling her she is refuse to tell her address where she live please provide us her address. Vodafone service provider — Postpaid network problem
Hi,We have a CUG plan where in there are about 25-30 users. My number is [protected] & my office is located in Hinjewadi, Pune. Till a week before there was proper network on our phones, but just in the past 7 days we are facing a lot of problem with the network. we are not able to make or receive any calls. It shows full network on the phone but as soon as we make or get a call the network get zero & we cannot hear anything.
Would appreciate if you could find a solution for this problem, would be grateful or we will have to change a service provider.
