Dear Sir i am having Vodafone Prepaid Number but now i want to convert this prepaid number to post paid number but they are not doing this. i also tried to call them but they are not even ready to listen this and also contacted at the several Vodafone Stores and they are also not behaving in proper way. please help me. look forward to hear from you soon. best Regards Ashish Anand Was this information helpful? | |

I HAD ACTIVATED 4 RS MESSAGE BOOSTER,THEY DIDN'T GAVE ANY RESPONSE,THEN I HAD ACTIVATED 27 MESSAGE BOOSTER BUT AFTER SOMETIMES THEY ARE GIVING RESPONSE !!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY MAIN WORK IS TO ANALYSIS THE CUSTOMER'SPROBLEM BUT ???? I REQUEST YOU TO SEE THE PROBLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I am Vijay and using Vodafone number [protected] last 06 years, but now due unavoidable feedback from Vodafone customer care I am force to write a message. Please find below message which is self explanatory sent on 29 October 2009.

Hello Relationship Manager,
I am Vijay Kumar Dixit and my Cell no. is [protected] which I am using last six years with credit limit of 25000/- and paying my all bills on regular basis.
I would like to inform you that earlier I was working with Cox and kings (I) ltd., H- Block Indra Palace, New Delhi -110001 .Now I have resigned from the organization & no more using this number as a large account (corporate account).
Please note I have requested at Vodafone care shop – D 25 (Opposite Big cinema, Inner Circle, Connaught place, New Delhi -01) to change this number in to Individual account. But after submission of my all document (Request on company letterhead with stamp / signature of HR Manager & letter from my side on simple paper with Two photograph ) in last week of July 2009, is still showing corporate account which I don’t want any more and because of this problem I am unable to change tariff plan as per my convenience.
It’s a humble request please take this matter seriously otherwise I will make complaint against Vodafone.
Hope you will understand what kind of situation I am facing right now, just because of your some irresponsible employees Ms. Bharti & Mr. Akash, who is working in D25 Vodafone customer care
Hope this time I will get favorable reply from your end.
