Vodafone — contest is fake

i won the zoo zoo contest last week...i won a t-shirt..i also got a mail of them to send them my address where they will deliver the same...but after filling all the details, submit button is not working......means i cant send my personal information to vodafone....is that means the contest is fake??? whats wrong with them? r they fooling ppl? or its just a trick to get ppls attraction towards the services they hav????
