Vodafone — Credit Card Complaint | |
Dear All; Good Day, I’d like to receive a direct & urgent feedback, regarding the delay of the issuance of my credit card from Barclays Egypt, as I’d been promised to receive my credit card within 7 working days, from applying the application on 10/12/2009, & after calling Barclays Egypt call center for more than 4 times, & talked to a different representatives & supervisors, I got many different & sarcastic feed backs from the supervisors themselves, & finally no one knows the reason of the delay nor know the status of my credit card.
