Vodafone — Disconnection not done
I was a Vodafone postpaid customer for more than 8 months since feb 08.
My But due to some personal reasons i couldn't pay the bill of one month on time.
Hence the Vodafone people first started calling all the numbers to which i had called started harrassing them for my information.
As soon i came to know about it , i paid the bill and asked the Vodafone customer care executive to disconnect my connection then n there itself.
But the executive said as it is a Corporate connection you will have to mail it to the specified address firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel it in 7 days..
I mailed repeatedly but there was no action from the vodafone people.
I again went there to request them to disconnect the no. To this request they said they had disconnected and then again reactivated on your request. But there was no such request from my side.
I am continuously getting mails to pay the bills which i am not eligible to.
Pls help me in this concern.
