[Resolved] Vodafone — mental harrasment for payment of bill
I have to pay my two months bill for which I clearly stated once for collection on receipt of call form CCE. But no body turned up. Later I am getting 5-6 calls on daily basis for payment, which is not required. I stated twice that will pay the bill on my own.
Then on repeated instance I said that’ some one can come and collect the cheque but no response on that. Again getting calls for payment and now they started abusing be it male/ female.
Is this the way you will treat someone eon non-payment of bill. I am using the number # [protected] past 1 year and its never that I have not paid the bill. Above that without my consent how come my credit limit is raised.
Need an explanation to that? Have I requested for same ever.
Now without checking with me someone went to my home and was very abusive with my mother which ahs resulted in high Blood pressure to her.
I will take up the matter with consumer court for mental harassment. Incase some thing needs to be discussed then I should be the one. No on should discuss such issues with my parents. I am very much disappointed rather have no other way but to disconnect the number.
I will only make the payment once I will come to know and meet the people who called and abused my mother else I have to take this up with media that you guys are harassing you customer’s for small amount.
