Respected Sir, I have made the payment of Rs. 316/- vide Reciept No. JMU/A/50339 Dated 15.02.2010 against the bill of My Mobile No. [protected]. But the J&K Circle of Vodafone has not given me the credit for this payment. I have repeatedly visited the Bahu Plaza Office of Vodafone in Jammu . But they have not entertained my complaint. Even they have debarred my Calls outgoing Service. I am now unable to call anywhere even after making the timely payments of my Bills. You are resuested to please look into the matter.
