Vodafone — after acivation offer taking overcharge and giving wrong information,unsatisfied replies from customare care | |
Dear Sir, I am using Vodafone prepaid connection for short time and i was pretty happy with the services till the date of [protected].I have recharged at 171 for get all vodafone to vodafon at 10 paise,i have already activated another offer that was for geting all calls at 50 paise,but before activation 171 i called at vodafone customarecare and told them about acivation of 50 paise and enquired them about activation of 171. They told me there is no problem you can activate the 171 offer, but after the activation,i used the 10 paise offer but after some days i can't get that offer. My all vodafone calls charged at 50 paise when i call the cutomare care thell told me you can not activte the offer you have already activated the 50 paise offer. Iam not satisfied the opinion of vodafone customare care they can't reply my questions and they disconnected the line.They gave me officer no ,when i call that no that was switched off.Iam really disappointed the services you are providing to your customers.
