I am a doctor working and living in delhi and have been using vodaphone no [protected] for last 4 yrs now . there has been a poor network service for couple of years now . inspite of repeated complaints to the costumer service , the problem still persists . I get false assurances frm vodaphone that it will be resolved .
the problem is that there is low singnal strength near my home- i live in south delhi near alaknanda . the call gets disconnected when i'am on some important call and voice is not clear . I even changed my mobile phone and bought a blackberry smart phone -but the problem still persists . The voice quality is not good even when i am away from home .
Vodaphone has admitted that the signal strenght is low in the area( alaknanda ) and they are working upon the problem to get it resolved .
I am a doctor by profession and its improtant for me not to miss any call . my friends and patients always complain that the voice is not clear and every time they have to dial my no. many times to talk. i cannot change my number for obvious reasons.
There have been repeated complaints to vodaphone but of no use - its all gone into deaf ears .
