[Resolved]  Vodafone — prepaid converstion vodafone-Punjab

I am using vodafone commection (previously Hutch) since 4 years. I ma completely not satified with service but my number is very much distributed. Now i want to convert my connection to Prepaid but company (customercare, strore executives, collection agents) is refusing my from 4 months. I m really in problem. Please solve my problem otherwise tell me the way for consumer court. My phone no is [protected]

Sir/Madam, my name is Rupal Barua. i am having the Prepaid Service o[censored]r co. Today, i got a call from ur call center and that fellow was giving the info. abt MCI alerts. And few hrs. later that service was automatically registered. Though, i have cancelled that registration but i will be highly obliged if you can tell that how this service had been register without my consent? And if you cut some charges against that then how will i get back that?

Plz revert me asap.

Vodafone prepaid mobile service punjab circle — scheme was activated without my request

hellow sir,

I am vodafone prepaid mobile service customer.
I got message from vodafone that Now u can call ur loveone all-over india at just Rs 1/min eventhough I had not requested for same.
At that time i was knowing that this scheme can only be activated i[censored] recharge with RS 31 for 30 days.And i was thinking that this may be some promotional scheme from company that me provides [protected]@1 without any recharge.

Then around 2 months later i came to know that they are charging me Rs 7/week for this scheme and i was totally unaware of it then i called customercare they said me it happens sometime due to technical problem of computer then immediately i stopped that scheme.

During this 2 months i lost almost my RS 60.

I am a Vodafone user on 24/07/2009, GUBANI service was activated
without any request. When i complained to the coustomer care, they
filed my complaint and said me that your GUBANI Service will be deactivated
and your ballance will be returned wuth in 48hrs but its almost been 72
hrs but when i contact them they said that your problem is resolved and
its your fault. Im suffering from negative balance from last four days
and im getting no solution.

Now my last hope is consumer court and i need a solution...

please help me sir..

As I was prepaid customer, then switch to Postpaid by paying advance rental for 3 years. Your executive told me that after three years if you want to continue you can, otherwise you will be switched back to Prepaid plan. Now three years already passed. my connection not changed to prepaid as i want to change it prepaid.

Then they gave me two plans to choose one. One is 200 monthly rental other is 100 rental. They said in 200 you will get 200 mins free with call rate 15 paise to V2V, 50 paise to Others and 1 to landline.
In 100 plan, 100 min to all network, after that 25 ps v2v and 49 to other rest was same.
I agreed t0 200.
But when bill came i was astonished that it was not 200 min free . only the calling for 200 min was free.

Now i went to change my plan to 100 coz i cud not able to such monthly bill near abt 400 rs, they told there was no such plan exists.

I wanna said that this plan is not created by me. and now you r backing your words. This is third time i am facing cheating from your company.

I have a prepaid connection of Vodafone, Last night MCI alert services had been activated to my mobile without my information for this services I did not send to any SMS and call to Vodafone customer care. IN mid night my mobile balance cut and my Mobile balance in native .That’s time I have urgent requirement to call to my home.That’s time I understand how to face the problem.
Than I call to customer care but he said me that I can’t back your Mo. Balance till time and that’s time I am not able to recharge to my cell.

At last I requested that please back my Cell balance and please no activated any services without my information. Other wise I ‘will change the SIM of your company.

And now i can't to connect to vodafone coustomer care.
Plz do its ASAP

Dear sir, it is to inform you that this second time, that without my information a caller tune (tune dil mera toda ) has been activated on my number-[protected], and a message is sent to me regarding the activation. Such type of caller tune makes a bad impression on the caller .How would you feel if your age is near about 70 and vodafone forcably activates such type of caller tune on your Number.If vodafone will not Remove my caller tune in 2 days, i will go to consumer court and, will charge a 420 and mental harassment case against vodafone.

sir my vodafone number [protected](Karnataka) after several requests they accepted to migrate from postpaid to prepaid and they issued a new sim card and said within 48 hrs migration will be done and deactiavted my postpaid to migrate it to prepaid but even after 7 days my number is still not yet activated and still is under process no response from any one, i mailed 10 times to vodafone customer care also. they are playing with my number. please help me on this!!!

vodafone essar south limited — Got legal action notice for deactivated account

Hi,

I had a Vodafone postpaid connection when I was in Hyderabad. While moving out of Hyderabad Ii had started with the process for deactivating the acount and later also paid the required amount(1230/-) to close the account as per their request. Even then I was recieving monthly bills for no usage of mine.
To which I enquired to them as to why this is happening.But I didnt recieve any reply.
After almost 4 months these guys have sent me a mail that ''You have been utilizing our cellular network and your outstanding amount due is Rs. 1262/- of your Vodafone cellular number as on date" which was for the period from Dec'09 to Feb'10.
Also they stated that "If the said amount of Rs1262/- is not paid within 5 days of receipt of this demand notice, we will be forced to file appropriate legal proceedings against you as deemed appropriate, for having utilized our cellular network and defaulting to clear the said sum of Rs. 1262/-."
I replied to them and informed that I had already deactivated the account and also attached the related mails.They did reply by apologising but this is just not done. For the past 5 days i have been going through lot of mental disturbance.
Is this the way to talk:''We understand that you would not like us to take any legal action, we too do not like to take legal action against our customers. However, would you not agree that one needs to pay on time for the services used by one?''
Please let me know what can be done against this.

I m using vodafone in VPO rehana Jattan Distt kapurthala phagwara . i am an dealer of area of rehana jattan area my demo no [protected] sim no ET 899188000000161786610 this demo has stoped working last year and they have aloted me same no a new demo and told to me that your no will start working. than there distributer has been changed than agained they told me same thing. have called them atleast 40-50 times upto now than last they said me that u have to take new demo than i have filled that form but they didn't alot me new demo and in old demo my balance is near abour 1000-900rs

vodafone essar south limited — Cheating for Default Vodafone Caller Tune

Hello,

My name is Subinay Biswas and I have two prepaid Vodafone connections. I have been charged for Caller Tunes which we never activated. But as per the information from customer representative it was activated from June 2010.

My mother is using the vodafone number [protected] and she does not know how to send a message. I spoke to Prasad first and he said it was activated default by vodafone. So it was clear that we have not opted for it. I asked for a refund of money because if i don't request for the service then i should not be charged for it. The customer service team has not treated me properly. Prasad transeffered the call to his supervisor name Chandrakant who also accepted that it was updated default by vodafone but they deny paying my money back. As per them if Vodafone cheat any customer (doing all default service) its customers responsibility to call within 72 hours to deactivate the service. I mean does it make sense at all.

Vodafone is doing the mistake and asking customer to inform for it, otherwise the money is gone, so now onwards customers have to keep checking if Vodafone is cheating US with all the default services and inform them before 72 hours.

So think how many people are getting cheated like this and how much money vodafone is making every day, month, and year.

I want an answer from anyone who understand the situation here whether you call it as a justified service given by any subscriber like Vodafone. Vodafone is a big company and we people are disappointed by kind of fraud things happening with the services now.

I am not fighting for money but its CHEATING. Vodafone is CHEATING, they are CHEATER.

And there Customer service teams are pathetic in Hyderabad. I have few names who made me wait for any proper answer and keeping routing me to an caller tune where no one is responding. I made call for 7 times. Its BAD customer service.

Few names who should be in such department working as customer service representative are
Chandrakant (supervisor), who disconnected my call and then when I called two time to talk to him via a customer service representative, he did not received my call and the call was disconnected.

I am not happy with Prasad, Chandrakant (very bad agent), Prem, Shiva and last I speak to Naveen who said we will not repay the amount we deducted. They all say that Vodafone have a policy where they do not pay back the amount which was taken by the customer by cheating.

Vodafone you are cheating Indian customers .....

Please help and provide me a resolution to this fraud company. My two prepaid numbers are [protected] and [protected].

I had advised the company in Jan 2011 after receiving excess billing for my Cell phone service referred above. My SIM appeared to have been CLONED some where around the beginning of Nov 2010 and was used unauthorisedly for sending SMS thorugh my number. This resulted in inflated monthly bills which brought to the attention of the service provider. I sent several mails and communication there after to look into this problem but did not evoke any positive response from their Customer Care except telling to me change my plan & get higher free SMS. As the real problem was not addressed I was forced to seek disconnection in January 2011 as I kept getting inflated bills for SMS that was not sent by me.

My first mail was sent on 15th Jan 2011 to Customer Care of Vodafone asking for disabling/disconnecting my connection [protected]. However, instead of adressing the complaint, the company kept sending reminder to settle the dues of Rs. 1393.49. In view of the excess billing for reasons I have mentioned above, I also requested the compnay of waiver of all the dues and close the matter.

The company wihtout addressing my complaint has threatned to take legal action and sending notice for recovering of bill amount they claim is due.

This is to bring to your notice that I am not liable to pay the excess bill which and advice the company to explain under what circumstances the excess billing occured & provide details of the proported SMS texts to know the nature of the messages.

I Prince kansal prop. Shree balaji Telecom working with your company since January 2010. I have make activations of your company Sim near about 5000 nos.

Now the days DSE of my area of your Company Mr. Santosh Kumar cheating me. He grabbed my scheme of 160 nos.(50 of December 2010 & 110 of March 2011) of Sim and a demo balance of Rs.1410.00 (scheme duration 07/06/2011 to 20/06/2011)which would be given by the company to me. By fraud he took my demo in his possession & abusing me.

This is very serious matters if representatives of your company behaved with retailers like this then not a single counter will activate sim of your company.

If you will not listen me then i will take this matter to the consumer court.

So u r requested to take this matter seriously & please solve my problem as early to bring my demo back with balance & sim claim
