KAUSHAL KISHORE [protected] THIS IS REGARDING CALLER TUNE ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY IN MY MOBILE NO. [protected]. MANY TIMES WE RECEIVED PROMOTIONAL CALL FOR ACTIVATE CALLER TUNE. IN THE MEAN WHILE CALLER TUNE ACTIVATED IN MY MOBILE. AND CHARGE FOR ACTIVATION AND MONTHLY RENTAL + ADVANCE RENTAL (RS. 15/- + 30/- + 30/- = 75/-) HAS BEEN CHARGED TO MY BILL. MANY TIMES I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND MAILED TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT IN VAIN. THEY TOLD THAT, BY PROGRAM ERROR THERE HAS BEEN HAPPENING. THEN I REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWING MY CONNECTION. AFTERTHAT, CALLER TUNE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. BUT NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TILL NOW. THEREFORE, REQUEST TAKE FURTHER ACTION FOR REFUND MY BILLED AMOUNT RS. 75/-. My caller tune are actived with out my permition. My rs. 30 cut in my total amaunt.

Vodafone company is cheat consumer.

My mobile number is [protected] and carrier is vodafone. On 4-3-2011 caller tune service was automatically activated on this number and subsequent amount was deducted from my account which was Rs.15 and i had negative balance. Apart from this my internet GPRS vodafone live service was also blocked for which i had paid Rs.96 monthly rental. This is very bad on behalf of vodafone for giving such a poor service and doing fake business and betraying the customer.

I want serious action should be taken against the company. This is not about Rs.15 this is about ethics.
