Vodafone — to cancel my bill | |
My self is rukam singh.I want to tell you that i had got a hutch connection from vodafone.After actived number([protected]), i got a massage from vodafone that get email, wallpapers, chat, ringtones and other.That's why i used internet.But when i got my bill, i saw there is added internet charged.That's why i did not pay the bill.After 2 month i received a call from a lawyer and he said me you would have to pay the bill.My bill was almost 2600.00 Rs..I told the lawyer, i am not able to pay 2600.00 Rs.. But he said me you pay 2000.00 Rs. and i would manage and disconnect your number.But yesterday i got a bill on number([protected]).I want to know when the lawyer had disconnect my number, why i got a bill.Pls cencel the bill. This mail is regarding to informing you about unnecessary mobile bill charges.
I had purchase a postpaid mobile connection from you as a cooperate plan for Maruti Suzuki Employees. I am using it from last 2 month. My number is [protected].
I had a problem regarding my mobile bill (genarated on 3, Feb, 2010). My pending mobile bill is of Rs. 1425/-. As per the bill i saw that VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECT charges are added for me for the two months.
I didn’t send any request to activate this service but it is activated unnecessary. I call to the customer care about this problem. They told me that on 9th Jan, 2010, request is sent by from my side to activate this service. But i didn’t send any request.
On 9th of Jan, 2009, I just call to the customer care to send my bill in my mail id ([protected]@ymail.com). Because i did not received any copy (hard or soft) of bill for the bill generated on 3, Jan, 2010.
I received my 1st bill of dec, 2009 (generated on 03-jan-2010) on 3rd of Feb., 2010. (I.e. very very poor service). I call 4 or more time to Vodafone to send me the bill. I requested them if they are not capable to send my bill on my home let it delver it to my mail id.
I am already facing a problem about my first Vodafone mobile bill devilry and you provide me an another problem!!!
I am totally unhappy with it.
I didn’t send any request to activate vodafone mobile connect service because i already had an internet connection in my home from the last one year.
Then why should i activate this.
On[protected] i call to the customer care. The care executive told me that i put a request by call regarding activation of the vodafone mobile connect service and they had a recording of my voice call for the particular date. If you had this recording please listen it and also send me a copy.
Please consider it and remove the unnecessary charges.
Please help.
