Reliance Communication — service use nahi ki phir bhi paise ke liye.

I am sanjeev kashyap, pehowa (Kurukshetra) Haryana and my mobile no. is [protected]. I have not activated any value added services i.e. Mitti ke rang but in my mobile account every month the reliance communication has charge the amount from my account. I have file a companint against this but threre is no any soluation.

Reliance comm. is a fraud company who charges fraudently from people's account. they activated services on their own behalf and chanrged the expences from people.

I have not activated any value added services i.e. cut the amount from my account(date[protected] evening that time i called customer care they say server down again next day after 3 days they said they dont have any record they cant help me. I have file a companint against this but threre is no any soluation. if with in one week not back my balance i will case consumer court

Mene 6th april ko naya vodafone card liya. 7th April ko GPRS activate karke 99 ka recharge mara. 7th april se vodafone gallery ja rahun abhi tak mujhe GPRS access nahi mila hai. wo keh rahe hai GPRS department se problem hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte.humne mail kiya hai. Par aajj tarik 13 mene kaha activate nahi ho raha toh mujhe refund de do woh bhi nahi de rahe.
abhi tak mene LOOP MOBILE, AIRTEL, DOCOMO network use kiya hai. aur uske problem ke liye unke gallery bhi gaya hun. waha customer ko respect dete hai. par VODAFONE gallery me Executive khud customer ko ulata jawab dete hai. Sion gallery do baar gaya dono din waha Zagada ho raha tha me waha maujud tha par galti executive ki thi. Prabhdevi me bhi aisa hi hai. rudely baat karte hai. problem agar 2-3 din me solve nahi hua toh customer chillyenge hi par woh group banake customer ke upar chillate hai. kal mene khud Aurat ke upar chillate hue dekha woh Farhan executive tha. I THINK EXECUTIVE SHOULD BE POLITE! par vodafone ke har ek gallery me zagda hota hai bcz of rudeness.
i had requested for the Mobile portability (From Airtel to Vodafone) and submitted all the require documents on 24/05/2011.

i was told that, it will be converted withing seven days.till date i am using the same service provider (Airtel).
when i went to Rapm Communication near Medical Square area then they ask me to again submit new portability Number.

even staff is not courtious to say sorry for the inconvenience caused and returned documents when i asked them to return the same.

i know if i dont go for the services of Vodafone company will not get any problem since its a well known brand now.

it was my thinking that, as vodafone Communicating about there services they are also providing.

I am not agree from your customer care service. I called to customer care for get the knowledge about my last online recharge but he told me that please hold i check and tell you. I hold the call till 10 minutes but i got no response from your telly caller. My contact no is
Sometimes I feel that my phone is getting tapped. Is the company takes care of this or we need to be aware of it? How a normal user will know about this and do a complaint? Do the company has that kind of vigilance system in place?

meri problem yah hai ki l purchase the Nokia lumia phone in August 2012 and insert the simcard in my lumia ka taraf sa ya kaha gaya tha ki eash Vodafone number([protected]) per three month tak 3G data 2 GB diya jayaga.lakia maina dekha ki ya offer 2month tak Mila aur uska badd nahi Mila.maina jab Nokia care sa Batt kiya to bataya ki sari data ek hi bar activate kar diya jata hai eska bad maina Vodafone care ma call kiya to bataya ki 24 hour ma mil jayaga lakin data to nahi Mila lakin mera call band kar diya.eska badd ma easy karata aur 19-200mb, 4-40mb, data activate karata. Ma kabhi bhi 70 sa kam ka recharge nahi karata tha Kyoki isma full talktime milta tha. Jab bhi ma 19-200mb data activate karata uska badd mera Sara balance Kat kar call (Vodafone care) band kar deta.ya condition maina 4 month tak dekha eska badd maina eash sim ko khol kar samsung(so any music and internet) ma insert kar diya.aaj jab maina eash sim ko Karib 01:00pm ma maina eash sim ko khol kar phir sa nokia710 ma insert kiya to insert karta hi ek message aaya aur 35 rupees ka balance katt Lia gaya .jab maina Vodafone care sa Batt kia to bataya gaya ki aapka number per internet ki seva activate hai jisma aapki 35 rupees ka balance kam hua hai.aapka number sa internet use kia gaya hai 02:00am(night) ma.jabki yah number night ma mera samsung(so simple)ka set ma laga hua tha.aab aap hi bataiya ki aap kiska batt sahi managa.mera pass aur koi options nahi hai islia- sala maderchod company chalata hai custember ka rupya katt kar sala apni bahan ko bech kar rupaya company ma laga.nahi to sala road per bhikh maang aur apna pett bhar.aur custember ko tang na kar...
We are sorry.but what I do I am a poor student. I gmhave no extra money so I recharge..
Then I think I really close the MNP in reliance prepaid because maina 1month use kia internet aur ya company na mera dil jeet Lia...
Vodafone is running with a new fraud recharge on their website.
It is with an SMS rechage of 35 Rs in Karnataka region.
As per recharge customer shud get 150 SMS for 28 days. But that actually is not true. My money is still deducted for every sms.
upon calling cust care, they said we dnt hv such offer and my calling rates are now changed to 1.2 paisa per sec. What a bull .
Not sure how many people are looted every day like dis.
My no is [protected] Vodafone really cheating for customers. please dont go for Vadafone post paid network. Actually had vadafone network past 1 Year and bill was i cant imagine also then to i was made the complete pending amount. then i change the network vadafone to idea, so even still they are sending the bills, and Disconnect idea net work. If i talk to manager is blackmailing me i forget his name.

I have request so many time to change credit limit 2000 to 3000 however no response received.
I have join vodafone before three year.

I am really not satisfy with your service. There are no customer value.
