[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong deduction of charges
i had activated 2 packages, national SMS 50ps/msg and local vodafone2 vodafone 50ps/min, with a daily rental of Rs.1.50.but since a few days, they're charging me the full rates i.e.national [protected]@Rs.2/sms [protected]@re.1, alongwith the full call charges despite of both my packages being active.called the customer care many times but to no avail.even got in touch with the nodal office for vodafone, but did not get any cooperation.i want to get the compensation.looking forward to your support and advice as to how to proceed further.these people just don't want to listen.plz help...
