[Resolved] Vodafone — charging of clip charges
I have a corporate account(HSBC) as you can check in your records
but I have a individual 299 post paid plan . .I have spoken with one of your representative
(Mr. Apurva kumar ghosh) in vodafone store in kankurganchi and was told by him
that I will be charged clip charges of 50/- from this month current billing cycle.I fail to understand
why I have to Pay clip charges of 50/- inspite of having a corporate account,
which is not justified as I was told that corporate customers need not pay
any clip charges in these regard. I spoke with corporate customer care
after dialling 131 and spoke with poonam in these regard who has given me a
request no.[protected] in these regard saying that I will be called
by vodafone but I havent received any call from your department .
kindly explain me the inefficiency on your part in these regard .
Please explain the tariff plan for HSBC 199 plan (corporate )
and explain whether a post paid connection can be made
into a pre paid connection or not .
