[Resolved]  Vodafone — bill payment

i am not able to register my vodafone number on my vodafone to make online bill payment. it says dat my no is not a valid 10 digit number..although i checked it several times.

I have a vodafone corporate connection, bearing number [protected], i am supposed to pay my bills, however there is not a single vodafone store within a range of approx 10 KMs in my area i.e. palam village, new delhi. I called up the cx care and they gave me an address of a store located in Mahavir Enclave, i went there and roamed for good 1 hour however couldnot find a store there and got to know that the store is closed way back. It was extremely inconvenient wherein i am a working professional with stiff daily routine.

I called the cx care again, first the agent couldnot even speak properly and she could not even understand what i was asking for and lately the agent hung up on me when i told her not to place the call on hold every now and then. Lately I called again and finally got the address of a Vodafone store in Dwarka, New Delhi which is again approx 8-9 KMs from my place.

This was an extremely horrifying experience from such a company which promises to be the best in customer service and customer reliability by its advertisements.
I was having a post paid connection NO.[protected] which was ported out in Feb 2013. I have paid an amount of Rs.762.00 thru my creidt card on 25.03.13 being the final bill. The payment was made at Vodafone, Store, Kadavantra. Thereafter, When I requested for Refund of deposit amount, I was told that bill for an amount of Rs.762.00 was outstanding and the deposit amount was adjusted towards the bill. When I pointed out about the payment on 25.03.13, the Vodafaone Store, Kadavanthra simply ignored it saying that it is not seen in my statement. When enquired about the fate of payment of Rs.762.00 on 25.0313 thru credit card, they simply repeat that it is not reflected in my statement. Dharmarajan E
My Vodafone internet stick stopped working in the last week of February 2014 and I informed the Vodafone Care centre on the 4th of March, 2014 telling them that internet had not been working for over a week.My complaint was registered and i was told someone would get in touch with me in another 2 weeks. Finally on the 16th of March my internet started working because I kept calling them to do something about it. There was minimal effort from their side to sort my issue. Two weeks after my internet started working, they disconnected it and called me to pay two months monthly rental even when for three weeks out of thoe two months my internet was not working.

It is the 16th of April, 2014 today and I have spoken to two of Vodafone's senior executives who said that I will have to pay for the entire two months because I am on a monthly rental plan.One of the executives said it was entirely up to me if I want to pay or not, basically suggesting that they will keep slapping me a fine if for as long as I don't pay.


They are asking me to pay for the services that I have NOT been able to use. And now they are trying to corner me into paying the entire amount because if I don't they will fine me and increase the bill amount further.

They have said point blank that I will receive no waiver on my bill and that nobody from Vodafone can get me a waiver or help me and that I will HAVE to pay then entire amount. When I asked for a senior or state level manager the executive told me that he will give me an email address that I can email on. I have already emailed Vodafone and not received any response to my response email that I sent two days before.

I do not know what to do now. I am hoping that my consumer rights can be protected and that I will not be bullied into paying for services that I have not used.
Hi Vodafone team,
This mail is regarding I purchased total 3 CUG connection with your Vodafone person. Meanwhile I spoke to him 3 connections are under CUG.
But since when I purchased till the my last bill Vodafone is changing amount.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Pls consider this is very serious matter

Last three months bills has to be revised then only I will make payment. Till the time I will not make payment.
Note I have all the documents I will lodge the complaint against Vodafone fraud billing.
