from last one month m getting abussive calls and messages from this number.plg take strict action nd mail me the details of this number.

Am often getting abusive call from this vodafone number [protected] for past few days. Please mail me the detailed information about the number and check it out

on 3/9/08 at 10.27 pm i called the Customer care for enquiring the complaint which i have given earlier, while i was enquirng his tone was changed and abused me with very cultureless words, i asked his name he did not tell his name correctly, in the night at around 11.52 pm he called from the number [protected] and abused me several times, for clarification please check my number, i request to find out the Customer Care Executive who have abused me and to take necessary action, if you did no respond to this i'll diconnect Vodafone.A reputed company like yours should be shame for having those Executive who does not have the BASIC MANNERS

I am Om Prakash Trivedi From Delhi Using vodafone services from last 5 year since 2005.Earliar i was using prepaid connection.arround in 2008 i did convert prepaid to postpaid of my no is [protected].apromax more then 1 and half year i have used postpaid no.and pay each bill with honestly..unfortunatily in 2009 last i suffered with sick and has left the job and goes to home.After two moth i have came back and look my bill was 4200 in place of 2100 rs. i did pay 2000 immediatly and request to restart the services but they didnt.after demand to many time for bill clarification they didnt respond about that..then i am using another prepaid vodafone services.from 15 march i have recieved calls on regarding fraud and for not to pay 4200 rs. Amount. they have called on daily basis and said i am police and your fir has lunch and you will be in custody soon.i have recieved diffrent calls from police ,advocate and etc...
and try to afroad me.i realy maintly disturb and torchor by him.

actualy i didnt recieve any notic,any bill any call to bill detail and not any bill sattelment calls. then how to know about these situation....this was for me like a surprize.. if bill is genuan i will. but why i have ay 4200 while i have paid 2000 already. and when i have called to customer care.they told to me we can do nothing for you..

Please sir tell me what i do. best for this solution.Because i am not able to concentrate on my duty . please help me..

A caller calls form phone number [protected] and turns abusive for no reason. I have asked him multiple times to stop calling including including threatening him with legal consequences but to no avail. I would like for him to stop.
