Vodafone — Useless network in Mumbai | |
I am using my number since this was Orange, then Hutch and now Vodafone. I do not get network while I am home, complaining this for many years, but all in vein... Whenever I complain they will call back and assure to do need ful in 3 months time ...FALSE PROMISES from many years... All Indians are really waiting for 3G, liberty to choose our operator without change of number and believe me Vodafone will have tough time... Was this information helpful? | |

It is very unfortunate, that I am one of the foolish customer of Vodafone. I have got three Vodafone post paid connection with one connection to make International call. The international call number is [protected].
The connections are made on 18.09.09 and the representative who has come for connection has told me that ISD call will be activated within 10 days of connection. i.e 29.09.09 max. I have received a message from Vodafone care saying ISD service is activated to your phone on 19.09.09 itself. But the network was not connected. I had called helpline in 111 and there is no response. I had called up the representative and his response was absolutely useless. Till date 07.10.09 I am struggling to get the ISD connection.
I had talked to different level people in Vodafone and no one is willing to take the responsibility.
What a irresponsible service I am getting from Vodafone.
Please look in to my complaint and do favorable to me and try to make me as satisfied customer.
