[Resolved]  Vodafone Cellular — distributor is bad

my no. is [protected] i belongs to Moradabad,i bought your vodafone prepaid no. because you are giving international roming and i want to go abroad, i had called your customer
care to facilitate more and ask about the world calling card to reduce me calling rate, they told that I would get it with any dealer and recharge it normally as another voucher do. Now i had purchased it with my pet dealer 19 vouchers about Rs.2000.But i
was anable to recharge it or use it,that is worthless for me At that time it is very horrible for me,i had to spent a lot to talk with my relatives. I used your facility by the misguidence of your customer care. One thing is more that your customer care told me I can recharge that vouchers at a time, but i think that is not possible. Now the problem is that I have to return it back because it is not useful for me. But the dealer refusing it to return due to distributer is not interested in returning back. So is this you are doing your business and making such a bad distributer. In that case I am Sorry that I am using your connection. So can you help me out from this situation.Or I will go to the cunsumer forum.Reply the receiving and solve the problem as soon as possible
