[Resolved] Vodafone — service activated for Love guru alerts without my consent | |||
Hi, I, am a new prepaid customer of Vodafone([protected]).They deducted Rs 30 from my account on basis of activation of any service(love guru alerts) which i never opted for.. in spite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response. When i wanted to talk to supervisor no one attended my call n my call was put on hold for a long time n finally disconnected. None of the executive even bother to lodge a complaint and it’s very harassing being customer of such a big telecom company. and now if i tried calling customer care num 198 and 111 now IVR responding not able to serve your request. Really it is ridiculous i have sent mail and they have replied has been activated on your number through your consent by dialing USSD *123*143# on dated 06/05/11.hence reversal could not be processed. they are fooling customers..i have never opted to activate this service .Even you are fooling customers by activating MCI services free for 1 month for new prepaid customers and charging from the next month. Even the same you have activated without my consent and I have to deactivated it because I don’t want to use it at all. How come you ppl expect from a customer even one who is not interested in receiving any of VAS and you are sending activation SMS for customers who haven’t placed a request for the same. refund my balance back its better to quit from .Pls i would request everyone no one to use this vodafone number in punjab.they are in process of fooling customers by sending alerts and will deduct the charges from your mobile..
