[Resolved]  Vodafone — Change the data plans without intimation

I have purchased a new mobile samsung grand on Febraury '13 vodafone offered me a 3G plan of 2GB for 2 months free. then they deactivated the plan in 2 months so, far they were perfect. They actually send a message to inform customer that the pack is deactivated in the month of April. But in my case they never sent me any message and activated the 3g plan on tariff (10 KB 10 paise) without information (says in smart phones gprs is automatically activated when we try to use) well as per vodafone smart-phone buyers have made a crime. I paid the bill for the month of April '13 of Rs 2546/- if they would have informed me i would have easily changed to 2g plan of just Rs 199/- unlimited usage, which i am currently using. They also sends messages for every 200 MB usage for 3G plan, but again in my case they never sent me any message if they would have sent me message of how many MB i have used, i would have immediately changed my plan. by which we could have avoid this problem. Now, again i have received the bill of rs 1630/-. Vodafone is not accepting their mistake whatever happens they says its an system error. I have followed-up with vodafone customer service a lot of time but nobody is trying take call on this issue i have never said that i will not pay. I am ready to pay the bill excluding these data usage charges. why pay so much if you are getting internet service in just Rs 199/-.

Vodafone — wrong information and no intimation

i am using vodafone past 5 years .i hane not suffered like this .
i have recharged in 2007 for one year incoming service .In last date of finishing 1 year plan i have received call from vodafone
regarding about a new scheme of 6 years incoming for Rs 300 -6 years incoming free, 400 messages free for 6 years and then i recharged in jan 08 after finishing 3 months of easy recharge cost of 300 .on April last week without any intimation of phone call and any message i havn't received .on that last week i have
balance 325 messages free . they are cheating the customer .
there is no response with customer care also.
I have lost my mobile having vodafone prepaid connection [protected] on today at 11:30 a.m. I have tried upto three hours to contact to customer care of vodafone to block my cell but could not succeed. I also tried it on vodafone site but could not find any site. Just I find this site and though this site, i want to block my vodafone no. [protected]. Please block it immediately to avoid its any misuse. Right now, i dont have any number...if required.. vodafone officers may consult me on[protected] on office time or they may leave massage on my E mail id.

Internet — plan change

I want plan 250 in place of plan 799 in my Telephone No[protected] recently. Other then disconnect my ph. no[protected]

Vodafone — CHANGE OF PLAN WITHOUT INTIMATION

Plan has been changed from 25 rental plan to 149 rental, without any intimation.

However it is told to me that whenevr your 25 rental plan will be end your number will be again shifted to your previous prepaid account as your had before...

This completely rediculous and unneccesaary charging of money.

Vodafone — Problem in bill plan

Hi

This is with reference to my vodafone number [protected]. It is a post paid account from the last 2 years and I have always made my payments on time.

I had requested vodafone to suggest me a way to take a add-on new number with my current number. I was suggested for a new add-on number its [protected]. A representative promised me that i would get a discount of 10% with my master mobile`s bill. Now when i get my bill there is no discount of such type.

I request to you that pleasetell me what can do now. Please suggest me on my number [protected].


However, despite my best efforts none of VOdafone’s Customer Care executives were able to help me out at that time.

Vodafone — Plan changed without intimation

I WAS USING A 998RS YEARLY RENTAL PLAN BUT I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN IT GOT EXPIRED AND VODAFONE CHANGED MY PLAN TO 298RS WITHOUT INTIMATING ME . LAST YEAR I GOT A PROPER CALL WHEN IT EXPIRED AND I GOT IT RE-NEWED ON TIME . THIS IS A KIND OF AFROAD AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE . NOW WHEN I M CALLING CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE BUT NOT READY TO ADJUST LAST 4 MONTH CHARGES INSTEAD GIVING ME DIFFERENT OFFERS .

I'VE 3 VODAFONE CONNECTIONS IN FAMILY AND USING FOR A LONG TIME NOW . IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE LEVELS YOU PROVIDE TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS I THINK WE CAN EXPECT ANYTHING THEN .

I M FIRM ON MY DECISON AND NOT GOING TO MAKE ANY OTHER PAYMENT TILL MY PREVIOUS CHARGES ARE ADJUSTED . I M READY TO SACRIFICE MY NO. # BUT WILL NOT USE VODAFONE GOING FORWARD IF IT IS NOT RESOLVED.

Vodafone — automatic change in bill plan

I have a post paid connection no,[protected] since last five years.you have charged the monthly rent from me for Rs.100 per month and you have given to me 500minutes free on vodafone to other mobiles, grouping also free and 200 sms national free . But from the last two month you have changed my bill plain and charged the rent from me Rs.209 in the bill of month april 2011. In this connection i have told to you that i have deposit my bill in time before 18 of every month. I have requsted to you give me old bill plan and waved off the rent which you have charged. In this connection i had already given the compaint to your customer care But no body satisfied me. please resolved this matter as soon as possible
