[Resolved] Vodafone — CUG not deactivate on my [protected] & [protected] without any intimation and still it is deactivate | |||
Hi, I am BHUSHAN PATIL. I have done portability of my two Aircel no. i.e. [protected] & [protected] into Vodafone billing VG_MU_MV_NOVARTIS_99 corporate plan. In this plan Vodafone offers Novartis and Sandoz employee free calling in the circle i.e. .CUG ( Corporate user group). As per my request Vodafone activate CUG on 31 July 2013 also informed this though mail. But after some days they again deactivate CUG service without any intimation and still it is deactivate. I have communicate on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com and by phone also but not any satisfactory response they given to me My email id-:[protected]@gmail.com mob-:[protected] /[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

As consumer compalaint forum communicate with vodafone, they activate my CUG service immdietly but the bill clarification is still pending which also not solve from the last three month. Vodafone customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
