I called for inquiring about my data plan and internet speed, and the executive keeps interrupting as usual without listening to the problem. The executives don't even bother to listen to the customer and it has happened for the third time, not only with me but my friends as well. Very rude behavior and customer service is degrading day by day. Me and my friends are opting to port the number. Executive don't know English is the worst thing you can ever expect. A final goodbye to Vodafone for a thankless customer care service.

I received SMS on 25/9/2009 that scheme 399 will be activated from the next bill cycle i.e. 25/10/2009. I have not used the scheme benefit from 25/9/2009 and hence request you to give the credit in next bill.

I am a vodafone customer from past 2 months.Right from the day of taking the connection I was facing some sort of problem with the services.At the time of activation I opted for a plan 155 (daily 150 sms free) and also activated South std pack(39).For the first one month there was no problem with the pack.But after one month my balance was automatically debited by 39 rupees but the south pack was not activated.When i called to customer care they did'nt responded properly.Each one said different stories regarding this.At last after 10 days of my quarrel with customer care they said that the south pack will not be applicable for my plan and 39 rupees was credited back into my account.So,i was very disappointed and continued with the same tarrifs(1.50 std) througout the month.And again yesterday #9 rupees was debited from my account.When I called to CC they said that southpack was activated for me.I felt so happy and when I tried to call STD Again I was shocked to see that Rs.1.50 isbeing deducted.And when i tried to CC the call was not being tranferred to CC executive.So I was vexed with this Service and complaining about this issue.

Vodafone — customer care isnt working

it has been a long time that my vodafone number is given offers n my cutting my balance. im fed up of this, the customer care number is not reachable to the customer executive from my phone. it frustative thst such a big company is rediculous for customer care... plz i requst u to take neceaasary action regarding it.

This is something to bring your knowledge about the customer service provided by vodafone to the customer. It is something devastating and so stupid services that's been provided to the customer. What happen in the month of december I had a word with one of the customer care executive and that guy when I asked for the supervisor or manager he started abusing on the phone as the there was the service which is Missed call alerts that was activatedby error however, I received the confirmation from vodafone the service will be activated in5 hours however I called the vodafone to cancell the service and spoke to Shahnawaz in December and that guy started abusing I called again and Spoke to Team Leader Gaurav Roy and he assured me and asked to call back on 5 jan 2010 to get the money waved off but was not here was in abroad so couldnt contact ut the phone was left here in India. when I returned I had the conversation with vodafone couple of time but due to shortfall in time so could not get hold off any one. Today I spoke to Ankur he did the same without transferring the call to supervisior he again transferred the call to somewhere where i kept waiting there for haly n hour and also he said there is no one available on floor. I again called up and spoke to Bhim he transferred the call to supervisior Jagdeep Mahajan and got no resolution and he asked me to again write down to you. Its not about the money but also about the customer service that you guys are providing to the customer. Its frustrating and the person could not speak to the supervisior regarding the same. This is my last mail to Vodafone and still if I do not get proper responce I have to go to TRI servcies regarding the same. This is my fourth mail to Vidafone can anyone reply me on that please its really getting frustating for me to hanndel all this as my outgoing call have been barred but have made the payment from easy shop for the payment for Rupees 520/. The money was paid on Thursday but still have not received so could you please help me. The vodafone number do not provide the proper service. So could ypu please have a look at that and reply accordingly. This mail is also sent to vodafone but do not received any responce so have send you.

Vodafone — Customer Confidentiality

Dear All,

It is necessary to share recent experience with Vodafone personal, the kind o[censored]nethical practice they are undertaking by sharing the contact number o[censored]sers. Now days we are getting calls on our private numbers asking for recovery of bill not paid by other customer. And when discussed, they bluntly & proudly ask us to pay the bill at the earliest and in case of not paying the bill; they give us threatening as well... we are really surprised, how anyone can ask me to pay others bills. And when asked how did you got my number, they have an argument that my number is saved as secondary number for further queries... This is really amazing, I am really not able to understand; the number I am carrying since 2004 now is shared with Vodafone for queries or issues o[censored]nknown person... Icing on the cake is; they neither have proof nor are able to show my number is shared for anyone’s issues or query.

I have decided to take-up this matter with court and challenge the Vodafone for maintaining the database and personal contacts for their customer...

Vodafone might be increasing their customers and network but sadly they are unaware of the term 'Consumer Service'.
Vodafone is great at launching new advertisement and schemes but they lack in the very basic thing called 'Consumer Service.' You will experience the same when you visit a vodafone store and that will frustrate you to such a height like never before.
I have been visiting vodafone store daily on account of my lost Sim and i have achieved none other than disappoinment by the end of the day. They have misbehaved, talked rudely and shouted at me. Moreover they kepy on delaying things for the next day and made me visit their store daily and wait there for a couple of hours before telling me that they were unable to process my complain.
It is my request to you mobile phone users to boycott the service if i can even call vodafone a service provider

Vodafone — blackberry services not upto d mark

hi my number is [protected] m sahil bagga.
it's been very long time since i am calling the blackberry helpline but all they do is that sir u please reboot d set or do some changes in the settings but the problem remains d same...
following are d problems that i m facing:-
1. the browsing speed is really very very slow..yet when i try and brows late at night it works well..
2. he facebook applications it keeps on refreshing the stream but later on it says unable to contact the server...
3. blackberry application world is also not able to contact the application server....

the people at the vodafone store are really inefficient as it took 12 days for them to get my cheque cleared from my account.....

i am really looking forward for some efficient and STRICT ACTION..!!

i m using vodafone last 2 years, MY no [protected] on 14.10.09 somone gate transfer without my knowledge then i have to take duplicate sim ...after 240 hrs, it started.once again on 4.02.10 my vodafone no [protected] has been transfer to another person without my knowledge .. i dont know it was intentionally or mistaken but i have to suffer by mentlly and with money also...tell me sir where should i report...in consumer forum or in any other ...in mini store i could not gate satisfactory answer how and why it happen with me...

Vodafone — dictatorship

Hi there,

I owned a vodafone no. [protected]. I have a advanced rental plan associated with this number. For reason of some kinds, I was unable to submit the bill for this number, Now they have blocked both incoming and outgoing call facility. I'm writing this to know whether they can do so? As I have paid the rental in advance, can they still block my incoming service?

How Vodafone cheated me of Rs 550 rupees

I have a kerala sim card and tried to recharge Rs 550 in Bangalore. I got SMS to pay the vendor and I paid him Rs 550. But then later, I got a message that my sim card is successfully recharged to Rs 0.0. I tried local complaints, but they asked me to call Kerala. I tried Kerala number and prereocorded message came that it is temporarily out of service. Then I called Nodal Officer, and she said my amount has got to some world call or somthing. She said she would register a complaint. Even after than, I did not get my Rs 550 credited. Then I started getting various messages such as PIN Number, PINLess call, and so on. But when I checked my balance, I found Rs 550 was not credited yet. Then I called the appellete authority and then she said she would call back, but no call came. That is how Vodafone cheated me of Rs 550.

Summay: Never try to recharge Vodafone prepaid while roaming even within India.

I am getting nonsense messages and phone calls from the no:[protected]. He is torturing me a lot. Could you please provide the address of that number.
Although I have been pleasantly surprised by the overall level of customer service provided by Vodafone India (relative to other service providers), there is an issue that I would like to bring up through this forum.

On a business trip to Kandla, Gujarat, I had subscribed for a temporary prepaid vodafone connection (ph no. [protected]). I had enrolled for an SMS plan ( SMS 102). At the end of a month, I received a text message indicating that my SMS plan was 'moved' to a lesser plan due to insufficient balance. I suspected that this meant that there was a recharge on the plan. I called customer service to cancel any possible renewals on my account. I spoke to a representative called Mahipal Sinhvag, who assured me that there would be no such renewals.

However, the very next day, there was a charge of approximately around Rs. 25 on my account. I called customer service to clarify the same. The agent named Mayur (at the Ahmedabad Service Centre) who refused to accept that a mistake could have been made. I demanded him to transfer me to his supervisor upon which I spoke to Vaibhavi, Senior Executive (Ahmedabad Service Centre). She told me that she would talk to Mahipal and get back to me on the same issue.

About 20 minutes later, I received a call from Mahipal where he accepted the mistake. However, he said that he would have to personally recharge my account since Vodafone would not be willing to reverse the charges. He said that he would try to complete the recharge by the 11th of July, 2010.

Whether or not he actually performs the recharge, I think this policy followed by Vodafone is incorrect and results in staunchly adamant customer service representatives when it comes to accepting genuine mistakes. If the error was to the amount of Rs. 1000 instead of Rs. 25, I think the issue would have taken a different path.

Errors such as these have to be borne by the company and not by the customer service representative.

Vodafone — regarding call and vodafone duty officer

i can not make call .from my no [protected]..when i call one beep proceed and then on the screen its shows call ended...any no i dial same problem i face....
