Hello sir, My name is Rajendra Sawane and my Mobile No. is [protected]. I had recharged my mobile just befor 2 days by Rs. 300/- . But immediately Vodafone deducted the whole amount Rs. 300/- from my mobile balance.I don’t know the reason why Vodafone has deducted my balance. I have not subscribed any of your scheme such as songs, hello tunes etc. I called to your customer care but no proper reply has been given by them. So I request you please refund my deducted amount Rs. 300/- immediately. Otherwise forcibly I will stop your sim service and will go for other company’s sim.

I had a recharge of 75 rs(message pack) in which unltd messages are provided, but now its showing message sending failed. I called on 140, its telling the pending messages from 30,000 i.e. 29,557 but still message sending is failed and also balance was deducted yesterday and it was shown in -ve. i recharged it with rs 50, still message sending is failed. Plz solve my problem

I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 14TH OCT NIGHT, I ACTIVATED A VODAFONE GPRS PLAN OF RUPESS 4, IN WHICH WE GET 40 MB FREE USAGE FOR A DAY. A value added service MCI(missed call Info) was started on my phone,without my consent on my phone on 17 Nov 2010 7:30 pm.
I recieved message from service provider vodaphone that the MCI service started.
When I called the customer care they denied the redemption of money back to my account.
I will be very very thankful, if an action is taken in this regard.

I fully agree with the complaint as I am constantly disturbed with the unwanted SMS's and calls . I have repeatedly gone personally to the Vodafone store in Sector 18 Noida but they make some excuse and refuse to give any solid answer or help.

This is Ranjan Ranganath V my Mobile no is +91 [protected] today I recharged my no for Rs 95.00 this is been done for the recharge for handset based Internet. which was done at time 05-01-11. 7.43 Pm Indian Time. after the same is done I have logged into the internet. for the same I have been charged and my balance has been gone to negative balance. Now I am not abel to call any one.

After this Incident I called customer care for the complaint on the same. 1st time when I called the one of the person informed me that he will connect the call to the concerned department and disconnected my call. the second time when I called them the one who tried to solve my problem was Abhinav as they do not mention there employee code I am not able to mention here. he said the company will reimburse me the money been deducted by 24 hours after getting the SMS conformation. I have not received any conformation on through SMS till now.

If there are any emergencies I cannot call any one now and I will be losing my internet Validity by days. as because of there mistake. and this is not the first time it is happening to me last time also it happened the same and around 5 days they have taken to reiumburse my amount and I did not get the extended validity also.

Please do find the details of the recharge code KK[protected]. recharge done through easy recharge.

Vodafone India — without internet speed money deduction.

In spite of complaining and waiting for more than expected days...they are unable to resolve the problem. Vodafone are fail to provide speed due to some technical fault as they accepted and in spite that they are renewing and deducting service amount from the prepaid account of mine. on complaining they are not ready to refund the amount and so i request them to extend the days of service because it's their fault and they need to solve within the time limit, They also not ready to extend the days as well.It clear shows that they trying to cheat customers those who are not aware of this problem. or don't know how speed and internet works or what ideal speed should be.
Let me repeat they have committed that there is a problem in their service.

I have a Vodafone Prepaid Cell bearing No. [protected]. A few minutes back a sum of Rs. 80.00 is deduted from my balance. I did not called any no. but when I checked my redial list I found a no. 56730 against which the above amount has been deducted. I am continuosly calling the Vodafone Customer Care but there is no response from their side.I want to know the full information about this number and why an amount of Rs. 80.00 is deducted from my balance amount.I want to get the refund of Rs. 80.00 from the company.

Kindly do the refund as soon as possible

I am just Fred up with this Vodafone service in NCR region,on 20th June 2011,morning near 11 am i got a message regarding activation of caller tune,i was shocked,when i checked my balance immediately Rs. 30 was deducted from my Account,after that continuously 3-4 messages come one of was regarding caller tune "YOU And I" that is Vodafone song,and again i checked my balance Rs.15 deducted more from my balance(30+15=45)immediately i called to customer care..but they don't even know their work after trying hard i was able to talk to some Satish who lodge my complaint against Reference no [protected].n told me that i"l get it my refund in 72 hr.but after 3 days on 23 June i tried them to talk to them but they were saying we cant refund your money,asking the reason they told me for that talk to our Sr. manager but the worst thing is they put me hold on 1 hr.,45 min,sometimes 1more than 1 hr...but as a result i have to disconnect it..again making a call one CE said there is nothing like this complaint...i am now helpless somebody help me i am just Fred up with dis service.My cell no is [protected]

I am using Vodafone number +[protected] in Mangalore, Karnataka. My account balance has been reduced from Rs.28 to Rs.-23 after using GPRS service for less than 2 minutes. I had registered a complain before too regarding same type of problem. That time the balance went down to Rs. -260 due to GPRS usage which was for free at that time. After registering the complaint, the balance was credited back to my account. But they have deducted it again.

I request you to take serious note of this and take suitable action.
Dear Sir,
I have a vodafone no. [protected]. it was BSNL no. I switch to vodafone by usew of MNP. Now I m facing lots of problems of deduction of money from my cellphone. like activation o[censored]nnecessary services or like unnecessary deduction of main balance. I was surfing with my pc by data cable which was connected with my mobile. I got a message that I have finished my limit of 35 mb of free usage of data. Then I disconnect my phone and checked the balance. My balance was Rs. 20 yet. After 1 and half hour I was going to make a call than I found that my balance was in minus Rs. 140.25. I have also complain in vodafone and I got a complain no. [protected]. and I informed that my balance will be returned till 27th of July, 2011 at 6:00 PM.

I m still waiting for my deducted balance. and I n requesting to Indian customers to avoid vodafone and to switch to airtel or BSNL.

3GB NEt plan in vodafone — Account balance in negative

I am a vodafone customer and my number is [protected]. My account blance is -3269.414 /- But 3GB (3G) Net plan already activate in my number, kindly confirmed me why is showing Account blance in Nigetive

i recharged Rs.95 intenet plan in my vodafone no [protected] for 2gb internet on 04 august 2011 at 16:00 o'clock then i got a messege from vodafone in my mobile that i can use internet for one month but when i used internet only for 4-5 minutes.they deduct Rs.40 from my main balance.next day 05august2011 agian i recharged Rs.95 internet in my same vodafone number then i used internet after 6 hours only for 6-7 minutes when i got same messege from vodafone that nm i can use use internet then i follow the messege but again Rs.50 deducted from my main balance.so i wanat to refund my balance and please take any action.if you will not refuned my money then i will complaint in DOT.
Useless services of vodafone
I am Abhinav one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services. They usually deducted some amount of Rs 5,10 in a day or two.Also I have not activated any service of vodafone...I don't know why they do this? What problem they have with me....Also useless customer care,When I called there at when my balance is deducted ,they said you have to wait for minimum 6 hrs for update of your account..Even after waiting for 48 hrs...they always saying your account is not updated due to some technical problem..Everytime when I called there for complaint. They ignore me by saying technical problem...What will I do with this rubbish customer care of rubbish mobile operator "VODAFONE"...One word come to my mind. USELESS, Wasting of time with vodafone.

Yes I am agree with your point regarding Rs 4 deduction service.At that time it shows only Rs4 deducted but when i checked after sometime, what I saw that there is more balance deducted..It happens not only once but several times.. Today i.e 21 Aug 2011, I recharge with Rs30 .After that I use service of Rs 4 twice, then my Rs 8 deducted, thats fine ..Then when i saw it after sometime additional Rs 10 is also deducted..& my balance come to Rs6 by using Rs4 service twice. .Why?Please tell me...Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
I want to use vodafone internet. please send me plans details of this.
