[Resolved] Vodafone - Delhi — Mounting the bill with unfair means | |
Hi Sir/Madam I was using Vodafone services from last many years. Due to my transfer from Delhi to Bangalore I requested a "Safe Custody" plan from Vodafone, but after sending mails again and again the company haven't changed my plan and on the top of it they continously pile on the bills on my name. I had requested them many times but there was no positive response. I had contacted the regional manager (for that particular region) and he told me to e-mail him the problem but in spite of mailing him many times there was no response from his side and when I tried to contact him through phone he is not picking up my calls. I am in real need for help and going through mental problem due to their unprofessional behaviour, they had mounted a huge amount on my name, Sir kindly take some necessary measure to resolve the issue.
