[Resolved] Vodafone — upc code not generating | |||
I am sending SMS PORT 1900 <10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> but there is no response. I have sent this sms atleast 10 times in last 7 days. I have heard Vodafone will create issues in porting but to this extent, I didnt know. This is the first step and this the reaction. There customer care says keep on trying this is really irritating. I am not sure whom to contact. I raised this request to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com for 4 to 5 times but no solution. I have vodafone connection from last 4 to 5 years and last month i shifted to vodafone postpaid connection. I have two vodafone prepaid numbers last month two prepaid was converted into post paid for one number i got UPC code for another they are creating problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

No portability message. Vodafone is not providing Unique portability Code required to switch over to another Network. They have blocked the message to 1900. I have been trying to send messages to 1900 and also spoken to customer care executives , still my message not being sent to 1900. They're not providing solutions.

I am using vodafone cell [protected] and I am facing network problem at office. I have requested to chekc & take action. till date no improvemnt. I have requested for nuber portability & there is absolutely no co-operation from Vodafone.
I would like to have advise how to proceed in this matter.
