[Resolved]  Vodafone — signal problem

i have the vodafone no.:-[protected]

the signal strength is very very poor..
even after no. of complaints to the customer care. there is no solution to it...

there is no call connectivity and every time the phone is unavailable.

there is little signal on the main roads only...inside the houses there is zero signal..

sir we have severe signal problem in our area as there is no tower near to us n there are many vodafone customers in that area so please solve this problem as soon as possible my address is boyapalem, vishakapatnam dist, 531163
Hello all,
I am living in bangalore dodanahalli just 2 Km from marathalli...
there is a socity Alpine Eco huge one i am staying there in a flat there are very poor signals of vodafone over there..
People are though switching from vodafone to airtel as airtel has very good service over there...
you might loose lot of customers... i will suggest you to stop this you can put some boosters over there
otherwise you may losse around 200-300 customers.

I am using Vodafone prepaid. From past 2 days exactly from 3 p.m to 7 p.m my mobile is showing that Emergency calls only, it means no signal, sometimes i am getting signal but unable to recive or make a call. If i try to recive incoimng call it is getting disconnected, if i try to do out going call it is showing some unknown error. I want to know whats wrong with Bangalore Vodafone prepaid, in our daily routine mobile phone is one of the important thing. Because of this issue i am facing hell lot of problems.

I am Gomathi staying in Marthahalli. My phone connection is vodafone. I couldn't get signal in marthahalli but other connection like Airtel or Tataindicom are having signal. Please tell me any alternative solution is there.. or have to go other connection (like Airtel, Tata indicom )

I am Arun Batra and i reside at #371, Sec-4, Panchkula, Haryana.
I am a Vodafone customer since last 4 years, my mobile no. in [protected] but since last one year i have been suffering a lot as the signal strength of vodafone connection is very weak inside my residential premises.
The phone even disconnects while talking inside my home many a times which is completely unacceptable considering that i live in a well developed urban locality.
The problem persists only on ground floor of my home where other networks work preety well.
You are requested to kindly help me out by making my voice reach the correct authority concerned.

i am using vodafone network i am in village but many times i will with others in my automatical disconnect my call i will having more signal problem pls increase the frenquecy level.

herwith im using the vodafone sim for the last 3 years but not yet have problem now i shifted the house near bhaktavtasalam college in korattur but in my house im not have the vodafone signal through the phone or net also im useing the net fring voice chating thru the vodafone sim it is very difficult forme the reach the others so do me the needful and as soon as possible solve this problem and take the proper action as soon as possible

even then also the signal strength is very very poor..

even if the call is going on there are frequent call drops.

Hi, we are suffering with vodafone network services. As we dont have the signals of this network at our colony. In spite of giving so many complaints at vodafone mini store resides near our colony - Chabra Enclave- Tolichowki- 7 tombs road opposite to Shahi Garden, Hyderabad, We dint receive any kind of co-operation or solution from vodafone services. we dont have even a single point of network, not only vodafone but also BSNL network as well.
I hope & trust you would help us & consider this as a sincere request of the customers of this colony.

There is a network problem in our area for the past two-three years. We have lodged so many complaints at Vodafone but there is no improvement in the network.
Some of the complaint Nos. are given below

We also recently called up customer care for the same on 07/07/2013 and they promised that the network issue will be resolved by 22/07/2013
But nothing has been done yet. Kindly take some necessary action at the earliest as we have 4 connections of vodafone and we are unable to take calls.
