[Resolved] Vodafone Karnataka — Poor Customer Care and unnecessary Balance Reduction | |||
I called Vodafone Customer care to ask for the SMS Code to activate the 2G Internet Rs.95 plan for 1 GB/month. They have activated the internet twice and have charged me twice for the same. Vodafone keeps doing this. Please never use vodafone. And their customer care personnel are the worst. Most illiterate and rude. They do not understand half the things.
