VODAFONE CELL NO. — DEDUCT RUPEES WITHOUT INTIMATION

I am a customer of vodafone and my no. is [protected]. This company is deducting rupees from my no. without intimation and also not clarifing it on customer care. Kindly assist me what i do against vodafone.

I had activated one rupee std pack. there after every month they started deducting amount without intimating me. on jun 2009 i call the customer care and ask them to terminate my one rupee plan as i already activated std 75 ps plan. as per them if you opt new plan old plan will be cancelled automatically. in my case it didn't happen and the amount is deducted from my balance on 27 jun09 even after my request. i was on journey that time. i found my self in sea. when i reach my place since at 2 am i didn't have a balance in my phone to call any one for help. after reaching bangalore i call customer care on 29 jun09. the executive told me he will credit back my amount and terminate the std 1 rs plan. he also state that no need to send any sms. again july 28 the deduct 31 rupees again. i lodge a complaint on 28 and again on 30. on 30 jul customer care executive assured me that he will credit back the amount with in 48 hours. but the money was not credited back till day. every day i have to all and every executive gives me new dead line. now the sad story of this that even they credit back the money i will not able to use because the validate period for the recharge gets over. another part is they keep on deducting the 31 rs. where has now the plan charge is only 17 rs.

I am Vodafone customer having mobile number [protected] today (17/10/2009) i sleep around 15:00 and i swicthed off my mobile and when i wake and swicthed on the mobile i see that i get SMS that i have subscribed to Chat service and my mobile balance was RS 30 Less.
Is this new way to cheat the customers?

I want my hard earn money back

I got a message that Cricket Alerts Subscription has activated on your account and cut 30 rupees just like that.I don't like any alerts on my cell.

On every festival occasoins like Deepavali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, Eid, or New Year why the hell you all are cutting down Rs. 1 per SMS.

Instead of recharging SMS packages of every month also, u all are cutting the money.

myself Ashish Rampal from Chandigarh u had deducted nearly 200 rs from my prepaid account (my mobile no. [protected]) last year. i called service customer but they blamed me for activation of services which was never activated by me. me doing engineering and do had so much time for this........
Kindly look in this matter....otherwise i had to go by some other means

vodafone/MCI — deduction of money

my self minakshi. my Mb. 'No. is [protected] my family using 25 connections of vodafone but aproximately in15 connection the same problem is running. sir we never ever send a request to activate MCI but still many times company deduct our balanceof 30 Rs. & activate that. i gave a call to customer care but still there i am disappiointed because there is not a single option to talk with executive. so sir please take it seriously otherwise i have to think about my connections &^ company thanks wil wait for your response

Vodafone mobile number — Money Deducted By the Company of their own

I purchased a Vodafone number in Dec-2009.
Since then it has been for 6-7 times now that the Company has deducted money from my balance on their own in the name of activating some services such as Voice chat, MCI service etc. which I never Requested for.
I have lost about Rs.150 due to this.
I even complained about this issue at the customer care of Vodafone and requested them to refund my money but I was unable to get any money.
Moreover, I tried to contact the customer care again but no complaints were being taken from my number.
Also my father went to their center in the city and requested them for the refund but all in vain.
I am really disappointed with this.
I hope my complaint here may help me in this affair.

i am vodafone customer no ,my no is [protected] in last 4 days approximately rs 80/- has been deducted by vodafone for activation of services which ,i,have not asked for. my caller tune has been changed without my knowledge .am getting unnecessary calls.it appears vodafone is cheating and fleecing customers.

Vodafone — Activation of service without my asking and cut my balance

my vodaphone no is [protected].on 4th may 2011 they activate miss call alert on its own and cut 30 rs from my balance.i talk to customer care and he said put compliant on 121.i do this on 4th.till now i do not get my balance.today i call customer care 5 times but there is no option to talk to them.plz help me.

Dear VodaphoneIndia,

I have seen two other complaints on this website against vodaphone in which customer care executive has mysteriously become inaccessible to the customer on your complaint line, after some complaints which were not resolved by the customer care. I am facing the same problem. Complaint was not resolved by customer care, and now I am unable to get through to a customer care executive at all.

Have sent you email here, for cancellation of value added services on our phone, and have put a complaint on your website as well. Please take action.
i have deactivated the service of mci then also rs.30 balance has been deducted
