Dear Sir,

Today i sent a sms to vodafone mobile([protected]) one rupee deducted in my balance.Actually i have 449 free sms vodafone to vodafone.One rupee deducted in my balance Why??????? I want to clarification and also i want to my balance to back as soon as possible............

Inspite of filling promo of Rs. 89 to take the advantage of
300 sms free, my every sms is charging Rs 1.00 .

vodafone sim, nokia cell phone — deactivation & not showing balance

Sir, I am a vodafone prepaid customer, on 14th Jan-2009 one Thirukural service was activated in my phone no.[protected] and deducted Rs.30/- for a month I given my request to your company for deactivate this service immediately, they confirmed it will be deativate in the following month. But 14th February 2009 once again deducted Rs.30/- and sent a message it has been recharged, next recharge date is 16th March. I contacted customer care Mr. Prabhu advice me sent a message (STOP DND) to 1909, I had sent this message several times but they were given reply that we are unable to process your request for deactivation.

pls deactivate this service (Thiru) from my phone no.[protected] immediately and remit Rs.30/- to my prepaid account because it is your company mistake without request your company deducted this money from my accout.

my phone not showing balance request from three days (14.2.2009) I request you to rectify this problems as soon as possible

I lost my cell phone on 3rd feb nokia 2300 and it has vodafone sim number [protected]. and this has around 300+ balance. I called costumer care to block my sim at very first moment. They told me your sim is blocked. And I also tried to call to my lost number at its says number does not exist and service of this number is temporarily blocked.
today i went to vodafone store to buy new sim of same number . and when this sim is activate and i saw the balance it showing negative 17 rs balance.
when i contact vodafone office they told some one use my sim and download so many thing using GPRS on 4th feb.
i just want to know when i blocked the sim how can some other use my sim.
and if it is possible the what is the use of blocking the sim. any one can use lost sim and do any illegal thing. then how is responsible

I have an annoying problem with my Sim card. Every time I send a message or call, I receive a service reply. tht i hav this much balance left and sms left, I send a lot of sms per day. Long one. If I send around 500 characters (4 sms) in one sms, then I will receive 4 times the service reply... Just to tell me that my balance. I could forget about it, if it wasnt using my "received sms" tone! To cancel it i just press any key, but 4 times it will come, so 4 times I have to press any key.
I just want to cancel the service reply. my number is [protected]
my mobile is no packs and no services activated but charged for monthly rental in rs30/- for not responsibility in costomer care.

and I had recharged with 4000Rs/- on 27 Feb 2011
and my mobile balance is deducted by your fault and
today i check my balance only 63Rs/- .
so please refund my balance.
Otherwise I will go to the court for this complain and i will apply the case on vodafone company.
Am using Vodafone no for past four years. At the APR 4th my balance went to -12402 i repeatedly give complaint to Vodafone customer care service but there is no response at all they simply you want to wait for sometimes we will rectify your problem and cut the call. From APR 4th my mobile balance in negative only am unable to use my mobile . So I kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. My no :[protected]
This is too much I think you are cheating me .At APR 2nd only I recharge bonus 98 for 2GB still I have 1567 free MB. Vodafone company has deducted my balance for activating callertune even i didn't do it
As per TRAI, they cannot activate callertune till they receive a signed letter from me still they did
and when I as them to refund my balance one of their executive started abusing..
Is it a way to treat their clients
I want them to refund my balance or if they can show a signed letter of mine of requesting them to activate callertune then their is no problem!

It is written if you have my written request( with signature ) to activate caller tune( value added service ) then only you can activate it
If you can show my written letter then its okay
and if you can't then refund my balance

Call Charges :34Paise.
