Vodafone — Mobile no. not active

Hi,
My mobile number is [protected] which is deactivate (on 15 sep 2009) due to low usage. I have called on 24 sep2009 customer care to reactive the no. as my request no. was[protected]. after 2-3 days i call again to the customer care they say we have made conformation call to your alternate no. three-four time however i haven’t receive any single call from them.

Then i thought maybe I have missed the call . i personally visit Vodaphone Store Dombivali on 3rd oct. 2009
They took my ID proof and say your No. will active in a day. BUT again the problem was still there.

Then again I visit on 7 Oct.2009. then they promise that your phone no. will reactive in 1/2 hours. But till date the Phone no. is not reactive.

Now i m totally fed up with all these drama. I want solution otherwise i will take a strong action.

hi i have also same problem .i bought a vodaphone sim 3oct and give id proof.but now days my no.is not activeted.inqery also done.

Vodafone — registration failed without pre information

Dear sir,
I want to complain about the service of Vodafone mobile services. they canceled my SIM registration failed despite i submitted all the necessary document at the time of SIM was issued 40 days before to me. Due to this i i am facing a lot of problem, unable to contact mid of my hard day. i want strict action should be taken regarding to this and compensation should be given from the money they are taking from us for the same.

helo sir my self dharmendra singh fauzdar and i have buy vodafone connection above 10 days before and now my number is not work properly so please activate my connection and i have already submit my document but after this they deactivate my number

Vodafone — no information

When i sent msg today, 5.11.2010, they charged 5ops for every message though i have my msg booster active. the company did not give me any prior notice or info stating that today messages would be charged. now i have lost all my balance!!!

Vodafone — MOBILE NUMBER NOT SHOWN

As per the request we received from Vodafone regarding upgradation of their customers, we have submitted all the papers as needed by them in the first week of December 2010. But when calls are coming, we cannot see the name of the caller nor the number. Its only written unknown number. Earlier also this happened and when we made the complaint, it got rectified. But again the same problem has arised. Please get it rectified immediatly.
