Vodafone Mobile Service In Chennai — Bad sms service, Bad customer care service | |
I am using the mobile service of vodafone company.i have recharge from 61 for the free 22500 local & std sms for a month on 18 january 2010. Bt when send on sms in 4-5 numbers.Messages donot deliver to destination. when i call to the customer care executive then didnot solve my problem and disconnect the call and also disconnect the option to talk from executive. Without requesting they have actived the Hello tune service and cut the balance.... Was this information helpful? | |
