Dear Sir,

I have converted my prepaid connection to postpaid in the faith of company, as I am very old user ans customer of Vodafone. After getting details of my call I found that on a particular local Vodafone number my calls were high and I was consuming some internet pack on my phone. I decided to get plan for reducing my bill and I visited company showroom at U block, Shakarpur area from where I have converted my number into postpaid. I was told that there is plan of 75 monthly in which i can choose any local Vodafone number and my calls would be free on the same and it would be activated after 4 working hours. I have accepted that plan on 14/6/2013 and got confirmed from call center that it was activated call details for the same are printed in my bill for which they have charged .5 Paise.

I have received another bill few days back which I opened today for making payment. Before going for payment I have gone through my bill and was surprised they have charged for the number against which I have opted monthly plan. I though it may be billing mistake and I called to Customer care of Vodafone at 10:44 today i.e 6/7/2013. I have conversation with Mr. Abhineet Pathak who clearly denied for plan scheme and I was told that till time I do not use my free call of 7500seconds from my number this scheme would not be applicable, which is a very very big fault commitment and was never told by and person of the company. They are charging me double as monthly rental as well as separately for call.

I have seen the bill and come to conclusion as:

1. I have used my free calls as on 6/6/2013 and plan was activated from 14/6/2013.
2. I was never told these type of things earlier from any person of the company.
3. This monthly plan was implemented in my monthly bill but company never gave any benefit.
4. This is a matter of cheating and fraud with their loyal customer.
5. Each and every customers bill should be checked and heavy penalty should be charged on the company.
6. The time which we are using in complaint and taking with their representative should be compensate by the company.
7. All extra charge should be reimbursed as soon as possible with immediate effect.
8. I should be free for changing my service provider and should receive final due bill after rectification so that i can pay it.
9. Company should accept its fault and publish on their website.
10. I have given request for number portability on 6/7/2013 at the last conversation with customer care and my request number is [protected].
11. Apart from postpaid I am using three other prepaid numbers of Vodafone and will go for portability.



I have tried to give as much information as possible from my side, if any how you need some query u are most welcome any time. Only request is to make learn those cheaters company who are having smile on their face and happy to cut pocket.

Vodafone — Call Vodafone charged for calling to customer care.

Complaint : I called the vodafone customer care number of vodafone for enquiry. The call duration was 3 minutes and few seconds. After cutting the line I got message that the last call charge is Rs. 4. Customer care number is free number as I know.

Vodafone / mobile services — Interconnection denied

I have a Chennai Vodafone pre-paid connection.
I am not able to call an IDEA cell number in Mumbai. It says that the number does not exist.
I am able to call the same number from my Delhi Airtel connection on roaming.
today vodafone custmer care again start on my no. [protected] astro service. as per my pervious complaint there was no action. i lost 90 rupees in these stupid activations. there was no confermation fro same from me.

Vodafone / mobile services — Billed for the services not used

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my Vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I used their Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) for couple of months before June 2010. I got it deactivated in the month of June itself.

After which for the month of July and Aug 2010 i am not receiving the bill as VMC rentals but as vodafone live amounting Rs. 290.50/- and Rs. 328.80/- respectively.

Here i do not understand when i am not using the services then why am i billed for the same. if you check my mobile usage for calls also it is not much but vodafone live is charged more. I am your customer since last 5 years then why am i charged for the services which i have not used.

Also if you see and check the bill throughly i am billed for the vodafone live usage after every 25 - 30 mins for 24 hours for both the month, i fail to understand i dont use the service and that too never in the late night and early morning.

Is vodafone trying to mint money through this.

Request you to kindly go through the same and credit the charges as i wont be paying for the services which i have not used at all.

Vodafone — including charges for free number

dear Sir / Madam,



I have a vodafone post paid no [protected]. When I changed my no from pre-paid to post paid the cutomer care executive told me that 1 vodafone number will be free for me forever even though I changed the Plan. But, on 19-sept when I changed the plan and my free number ([protected]) get deactivated. After 15 days I check my balance and I came to know that nnumber is deactivated. I again activated the number. But, when I recived the bill the free number charges has aslo included in total amount. I talked to Nodal services they are saying me tell that executive name which is not possible for me to remember till 4-5 months. So, please help me to get out from this Problem.
