[Resolved] Vodafone — Bad Service | |||
Hi I wanted to migrate my prepaid vodafone connection to corporate postpaid for which i had given my documents on 09-Dec to one of their executive along with my company id and salary slip. I did not get any revert aftre 5days when i did a call back to the customer care they said your verification has failed as your office had informed you do not work there. Now after 2 weeks when i have send them a mail complaining about this i have got no response. Now i want to cancel all my request and want my documents back but have no conserned emmail id or person to help. Can you please get all my documents back along with the photograph. i am vodafone retailer, the distributor doesn't give good service from 1 week i am facing the problem 2-3 time i recharge of costumer but costumer didn't revived amount, and then that amount cut from my vodafone account when i call to distributor then he doesn't pick up my call and also vodafone officer i atteched numbers.[protected], [protected], [protected]. please help me ...my business is passing my number kC207
