Vodafone — Conversion to corporate plan | |||
Hello Sir, Just wanted to let you know after 5 calls to the call center of Vodafone, personally interacting with the Sales person here at my organisation the postpaid connection I had taken one and a half months ago has been unsuccessfully converted to the corporate plan. While taking the connection I was informed that the conversion will take place in 48 hours once I send a mail from my corporate id. After a week when I called in I was informed that a simple email will not do and more details are required. I obtained these details from the sales agent here at my organisation and mailed it using my corporate id. A month passed and when I called again I was informed the they were waiting on additional information, which is when I decided to end the circus and requested for deactivation.
