In the month of july they reduced my balance by RS 10by telling that u had activated mis call Alert.Then i asked them to deactivate the plan.now my balance is -30. Else contactme in [protected]

Hutch — minus balance

Very surprising to notice that when i want to dial, i see my account balance is Rs. minus 22. How is it installed I don't know? Is it commercial business without knowing me. Or Hutch is betraying with me without knowing any information regarding minus balance. If balance nil why have you installed my caller tune without knowing me. Very offensive and objectionable.

You are making people totally fool. It is not right way 2 continute your service.

Please let me know how minus balance Rs. 22 come in my mobile [protected].

Please reduce my balance and show zero balance in my above mobile.

I have a Airtel prepaid connection. I recharged my mobile worth Rs 30.00 and the balance was 24.00 rupees. I talked to my parents for 4 minutes, the balace was around 21.00 rupees.But after 1 minute got message with balance -9.00 rupees. Suddenly I socked finding the balance. How is it possible as I never made a call to anybody? How fraud is this?

Please suggest me what should i do?

i have a vodafone connection and abot 2-3 days ago i had my phone recharged. it was of rs 50 and i got balance of rs 44. but next ay i found my balance to be rs -58.

I recharged my phone last week for Rs. 42 (the 2 paise/msg sms pack) and then I recharged for another 20 Rs, and all of a sudden, when I tried to send a message yesterday, I found that it was not getting sent and then when I checked my balance, it showed a negative balance of -39.47. This has been happening time and time again, and when I called your customer care, they gave me some stupid reasons which made me waste my money for no reason.

I would appreciate if you make sure that my phone has the same balance it had before and please make sure this does not happen again.

I am using vodafone since 2007. no is [protected]

some months back when i was trying to use the facility of GPRS first time with my PC ,
I connected my phone to pc and open www.google.com it has opened after that i disconect my mobile from the PC and checked my balance, nothing was deducted from the balance. then i connected again to the PC and opened only one page www.gmail.com and disconnected and checked my balance it was arround one Rs was charged. then again i connected and login to gmail and disconnected and checked my balance it was arround 2 Rs was charged.
(As i heard that vodafone charges in minus also)

After that after 8-9 hours i checked my balance i was shocked all balance was finished and went to minus, it was -73.81 ..
what should i do.. should i close my number . or any other way to get rid off from this minis balance.

I got my was sms barred for the reason of negative balance of 1.5rs. Although, there was unlimited 458 Rs pack with 100 free sms per day was active.
Vodafone had unnecessarily bothered my routine phone sms service for the above reason without any notification or leaving no such an information available any where in website or app. That's for others information if you are breaking your head and fiddling with phone settings

Hi I'm Vodafone user I'm using Vodafone 399 plan and suddenly my outgoing service stops so i checked that why they saying you have you don't have balance coz i just recharge on my phone 399 ...and then i checked my balance they show me -420 but i never use any facility how's it possible please help me refund my balance my number is [protected]
