[Resolved]  Vodafone — Not able to connect customer care

I am not able to call customer helpline no. 111, 198, & for last 6 month. I complaint in call centre some times but do not responded to it. so, pls help me to get out from this problem.My cell no. is [protected]

Vodafone — Not able to call

HI,

I have taken a Vodafone prepaid number last week from a seemed to be authorized Vodafone Centre(Kaningham Road, Bangalore). Since morning I am not able to call anywhere.

Even on 111, the answering machine says : "This service requires special subscription, please call vodafone customer service 111". What the hell....

So far all my efforts are in vain as the executives @ Vodafone Centre (kaningham road) seems to be either deaf or least concerned of customers' problems. What an irony, Vodafone has "Happy to Help" punchline.

I was expecting a lot better services from Vodafone but would be seriously reconsidering recommending it while advising someone.

Myself Pinaki KonarI can not able to call customer care for last few days. I call to the customer from other no., then they tell me that it is a temporary problem it will be solved within 24hours but till now I am not able to call. My cell no. is [protected].
