[Resolved]  Vodafone — not given right information

i don't know whether this post will be read by anyone or not......but i am writing just by believing on e world...most of the people says VODAFONE customer care is pretty esteem but today i called VODAFONE customer care service in between 12 to 1 at NIGHT.... the executive of VODAFONE (BPO) BUSINESS PROCESS OUT-CASTING answered me swiftly NO DOUBT but he gave me WRONG INFORMATION regarding my doubts...and just believing on the myth of good customer service of VODAFONE i called VODAFONE again and then the CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE told me that the previous individuality hadn't registered your number on the records...
this is it by me side.... rest is VODAFONE yours if the employees really want to push VODAFONE up then they should worry..... there are lots of people like me who disconnected their number just due to this "customer care cheating" ...... :(
BECAUSE they don't know THIS E WORLD i think.....

Vodafone India — Wrong information given by customer care

My name is Rinku jain...i am a hutch(now vodafone) customer from 6 october 2005.My number is [protected]..I bought a 2 year advance rental postpaid number from hutch according to which they will not charge monthly rent of 150 for next two years..i renewd my plan for 1 year in august 2007 hutch people called me that its necessary but the plan had 2 months left..i gave the application and my plan got advance rent paid for another 1 year but this year when i called customer care to renew my plan first they said it is expired but when i called again they said 1 month is still left...i talked to "Jainender Singh" conversation serial number "[protected]"..he said i can apply before 20 sept 2008 co. wont charge any rent but in my 21 sept 2008 bill RS-150 are charged as monthly rental...i want either he should be punished or i get bill discounted...
It's been 3 years, I've submitted all of my assignments but IGNOU hasn't update my numbers.

Today I had a very worst and rigorousness response from customer care,
Enquire was about…
I had recharged for Rs. 499 for my prepaid number to activate plan unlimited outgoing on 20th March where in the validity for that offer ends on 19th march. But a call from customer care executive conveyed that to recharge on Saturday that is today April 17, 2010 to avail and continue this offer and so as I did but after the recharge I was deducted for the outgoing calls. About this miss guiding for the recharge though I have a sufficient time of validity to the offer and for the reason to deduct I want to log the complaint to the customer care but I got a very coarse response from customer care executive
Mr. Pavan he in fact gave his Employee code No 533044 and said me whatever u want you can do go to consumer court or report to the higher authority I am least bothered and I am not going to take your complaint nor register and give the complaint number for the same and not only this I had previously spoken to Mr. Nagraj and Abhijith they made me to wait for almost 30 min and disconnected the call without connecting me to TL for which I had been asked to hold the line.

This is what the response I get if I call to customer care. Is this the sought of response given by a one of the world’s best network service provider Vodafone.

So now I can clearly say that I have been deceit,
1. Asking me to recharge early though I have validity three days more to go end.
2. After recharge to continue the offer but still I have been charged for outgoing.

With expecting the supportive response and result
1. Related to offer validity increasing,
2. Reversal of charges charged and action to be taken from the senior support functionaries.
I have written this mail awaiting for response before I take the further action ahead.

Vodafone India — Regarding Wrong Information given by Vodafone Executive

Its really bad to say that the customer service provided by Vodafone is hell. Its from 19 May I am facing problem with
Internet connection problem on my iphone-4 and till now nobody was able to solve the issue.

First I spoken to Anoop and he said it will be activated and u will only cut 10paise/per 10 kb download.

Then I came to know its will be charged monthly rental of Rs100 after activation,

Then I again call to Customer care and Sahil was not able to resolve my query and database was not updated and disconnects the line


Then I again call after 10 minutes and some MR.Sandeep Kumar said that your balance is negative and make it positive and within 6 hours it will get activated and also with this plan I will get 2 GB download Free but nothing happen

Then today(20 may) I again call customer care and some Purnima in technical staff said that you have to restart your phone but after doing that nothing happen

Then again I call and some Neeraj said that then will send some settings for iphone within 30 minutes but nothing happen and he also said that there is no scheme of 2 GB as mentioned by Sandeep.Its really horrible nobody knows the details.

Then again I call customer care and tell the problem I am facing ,then the customer care representative said that becoz of negative balance its temporarily got locked and it will be activated within 4 hours .When i asked for his name and complaint number he put my call on hold and after sometime it got disconnected.

Till now nothing is resolved

Due to Customer Care wrong information I am getting Rs.1700/- for browsing charges...

June 8/9 I spoke to customer care and asking regarding that, I can able to browse in my mobile, the customer care told there is no option enabled, if you want we activate browsing for that it will take 2 days... then I said dont activate browsing without my confirmation... Then after two days I checked the bill, it says Rs.1700/-

So Total this month bill 2100...something

Today (June 22) I spoke to customer care at 4.10 pm to "ALEX" and asked to update my queries, then he dont take my request.

Please check the Voice Recorder which I have spoken to customer care on June 8/9 and also Today 22nd at 4:10 pm and take proper action

Due to your careless support I wont pay the bill for this month, I will pay only which is my outgoing calls and sms & Not for browsing

I need waiver for browsing charges..

I am having 3 connections and I am more than 5 years old customer for you...

Now I am not satisfy with your customer support because of your wrong information...

I want to investigate for my current bill by Tommorw and also I need a call back from your side.
