Dear Sir,
My name is kamal sahni and my mobile no.[protected] from pathankot. Yesterday I had recharged my mobile of 96Rs. for using internet service but and i got a message from vodafone that was Your service has been activated but when i have tried to use internet service i was enable to use because of company didn't send me internet mobile settings. then immediatly i called up to customer care no. and one there company executive told me that Please go to write massage box and type their message WWW and send on 52586 and you will recieve a internet settings for installation. after that you can use this service. i had sent 2 times this msg but still i didn't get any infromation from company side. Today in morning i just to open the browser for check my mail and after using, what i saw company has charged me for all that using. I again call to customer care executive and discussed with him about all that matter. he told me that you have used "VODAFONE LIVE" it is paid side and you should again send a message to company i.e WWW and send to 52586. after this conversation, i have tried many time to send this message but message didn't send to that number which was customer care executive given to me. many times i tried to call to customer care executives but i didn't connect with them. when i tried to my friend cell no . immediate connect to customer care executive and she said to me, your message and services is barred due to your negtive accoun amount. then i replied to her yesterday i had recharged my mobile for internet service so that i thought my service was already activated and i used. but she couldn't satisfied me and hold my call without any clerification.Sir, thats amount doesn't matter but company harrassed the customers through poor service. Sir, it is serious matter because of company has barred my services without any intimation and if comapny had taken a money from me then why didn't give me service immediatly. one thing more company executives has lake of knowledge about customer services. Sir, Company takeing a charges of all value added services then why they aren't giving a properly service to customers.kindly lookafter this metter personaly.
