[Resolved] Vodafone — Do not give complete information | |||
I had purchased a Internet connection no - [protected] from Vodafone Store Surya complex. It never worked satisfactory. I ad made complaints a no. of times to the store. Also took Mr Sandeep's number an executive sitting in the store to help me out in it. Unfortunately the spped was really really bad it hardy used to connect. I opted to close the connection. Had sent a person to close the same. The people at the store - Mr Sandeep confirmed it is closed on 4th of Sep 2010. Today I went to pay my mobile bill and i come to know that the bill of the internet connect is also generated on inquiring I came to know the connection was never closed. The executives at the vodafone mislead people. Now they r telling that I need to subit id proof while on 4th Sep they said its closed and never demanded the id proof. Its very harrasing to go to the store and see these people neglience make u pay money. Kindly note. Was this information helpful? | |||

vodafone customer care not give specific amount of information to the people today they disconnect my data plan of 500 MB while my 450 MB is left for 6 days they said that that is not our problem you use you all MB while i didn't
