[Resolved] Vodafone — Abusive Language Used on Customer Care | |||
I called today at 12:40pm at customer care vodafone to enquire about the scheme they offered me on26.09.2010 .But when i enquired about same executive denied and toldme that i can go to showroom which i denied as I would not be able to go,but later on he start abusing me back to back,to be very honest in reply i also did but he continued and I disconnect the call. My cell#[protected] Sir, I want some explanation and apology from vodafone as it hurt my self respect or else I will go to consumer court .and also i would like to mention about misscumminication committed by vodafone as they told me to recharge of 29 rs sms pack on 26.09.2010, on doing it I will get tT of 50rs on 01.102010 which I have not got and now they are saying that it was a lucky draw...
