[Resolved] Vodafone — poor quality of prepaid recharge coupons | |||
Purchased 2 coupons from vodafone on 8 th july 13. worth rs 60 each. I scratched the area properly with a coin. The whole paper got scratched including the secret recharge number. The quality of the paper has become so poor over the years. Its like the paper is specially designed so that the number gets scratched away and the company earns profits. I got a call from the company and they assisted me to go to the nearest Vodafone store and collect my new recharge.

vodafone -prepaid — Recharge
I m kiruthiga . my mobile number is [protected] (bangalore).on nov 14 i recharge my mobile through online recharge system.i think some problem in vodafone server.3 times i recharge, my money is get detected from my account .but it not yet recharge.

This is Saravanan from bangalore. I have been using vodafone prepaid connection for the past 8 months and i am not happy with the service that i get from Vodafone. this is my second mail regarding the invalid charge that they made on prepaid account. Without my knowledge they had activated the special service(Love tips) which is Rs. 30/- month. As my balance was low at that point of time it went to negative. i called vodafone customer care more than thrice, i never expected such a poor customer care service from Vodafone. I beleive Vodafone is providing such a poor and pathetic service to his customers. More two times i have been disconnected when i requested for a supervisor on the call. Atlast i got connected to supervisor who is very much eager in marketing the special service pack that they activated in my account. I told him that this was not my mistake, Vodafone has activated and charged RS. 30 on my account which made by balance to get into negative. Really it was one of the worst service that i had from Vodafone Mobile service. From the conversation that i had with supervisor, onething he made clear is that if you are happy with the service, vodafone will not be liable for that. Customer has to bare the loss and sufferings. If my balance is not waived off iam sure that i will throw away this vodafone sim and let me go ahead for different vendor who provides better service. Really it was one of the Worst service that i got from Vodafone. In future i never recommend vodafone service to my friends and relatives. My cell no: [protected]

10/08/2009We have charged from our online recharged for Rs. 200/- vodafone prepaid to the
Phone number [protected] today. But it was changed by mistake from you to lifelong offer.
I condact to customercare and he informed me to go to the nearest customercare centre, and I went to the nearest customercare centre just now, but he told me that there isno option to refund the money
and there is no option to change it to talktime recharge. I have already lifelong validity with me for
2015. So kindly change the amount to talktime recharge or refund the money today itself.

Hi,I am Neeraj kumar. I Recharged my Vodafone No.([protected]) with 30Rs. Special Voucher on Wednesday(19th Aug 2009). In this Scheme, the call rate of all call (i.e Local, STD) is reduced for One Year .But my facility will not activated . On Friday I call Vodafone Customer care, I talk to Mr. Karan he said I will forwarded your query to my Senior and Within 24 Hours your Query will be closed OR Our Executive will call U within 24 Hours and your Problem will take care by our Executive.

Vodafone — poor recharge coupon quality

I have recharge my vodafone number [protected] with the amount 450Rs at 17Feb,2011 and best deal for me is that recharge with amount 450Rs and get balance 500Rs(408.88 at the recharge time and remaining balance within 24 hours) and it has been more than 100 hour but still i did not get my remaining balance.i contact to vodafone customer care they continuously told me that you will get balance within 24hours from 3 days.so please take appropriate action.santosh kumar pachauri
