[Resolved]  Vodafone — poor services

my vodafone sim was cracked.i went to vodafone office, and complaint for it,they noticed my number and said we haven't this series no. yet so come tomorrow.10 days are gone, but i haven't get the sim.now what i have to do

I not sat for customer service because the misbehaviour of the guy not adavantage the Voda. So sat the customer for good service not with DON B???????????

not getting gprs settings — misbehavior of c.c and assurance regarding help but did not done

i am the customer of your service my no is [protected] add:- nokari mondal rd. kanchrapara joramandir 24 pgns (n) i activated rs.81 seven days internate card at yesterday around 13.00hrs but right now i did not able to connect with my pc i cont several time to your c.c they did not give able to me the settings at i call to them at yesterday at night 00.15hrs then also they told to me i am sending to you settings with sime time but i did not get it right nowtoday i contact several time lastly miss nitu sing told to me the senior will call back with in one hour the time expired at 15.40hrs then i cont to your c.c after a long discuss he transfer to line to the team leader mr chatterjee he also miss behave with me he asking me another smart no which is not available to me i told to him that i have a another no of airtel you can call me or give me the no where i cont to you at any way he is not agree so i making complain regarding that pl see this matter and try to help me as early as possible i am waiting your ans.

Absolutely poor service from Vodafone Customare care and the guys cant even speak proper english...
I am sorry to say but Vodafone's services are worst, last five month I am facing the same problem thrice, moreover no body is taking action to rectify the same, totally frustrated with Vodafone, I think Vodafone's main concern is harassing the customer not providing the services. I logged a complaint dated 23rd Oct 2010, i.e. I am not able to call on one particular Delhi's Tata mobile no, whenever i dial this no its say, "THE CUSTOMER YOU ARE CALLING IS BUSY ON ANOTHER CALL" even in the same time i can dial from any another no. Their CC gave me assurance, problem will be rectify in maximum ten day, but still problem is same, in the mean time i have already visited your 100 feet, Indira Nagar, Bangalore Vodafone store twice , but i am not getting any solution, few days back I was facing same problem with UP's Docomo no, i.e.. Also sorted by you after repetitive request, complaint and visits.

Even more frustrating is without any feedback from customer, they have declared this call has been resolved, even cc is not willing to describe any escalation matrix etc..!!!. What I should do...????Also I can’t change this no. as the same is already scattered in my professional circle also..!!

now what happened with me was very annoying.....i buyed a new phone (samsung chat)model no.GT-b5330 on october 1 2012 n have been using a vodafone sim.....from that day till no ...i have called to vodafone customer care for atleast 9 times "ALEAST"to either send me the GPRS setting or i myself will set it manually...bt from the day of purchasee till now....nothing worked at all.......... vodafone has wsted my time n money.. your employees keep on and on shifting the call. .....i don't know why the comany is working without any plans?
a time came when i bursted on ur employee...n then fr some days they kept my no. as undisturbed?
the company and its employees...plz have patience n .. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERs.. and now
because of all this inconvenience u ppl make it all happen...n i will soon switch to airtel.
soon take some action towards te problem or i will..post the review on youtube
I've been using vodafone since last 7-8 years and postpaid services from last 2-3 years but vodafone is continously disturbing me regarding billing, credit limits, useless calls of paying and at last discontinuing my services, this is happening from last 1-2 months without any logistic reason.
