hello sir/mam My self dr. jitendra mistry, i was working is ssg hospital, vadodara, gujarat. i am having two vodafone postpaid connections in gujarat, now i have shifted to delhi for further education purpose. i wanted to cancel my connections one by one. I talked four times to customer care centre([protected]) on phone, they advise me to send an email to customercare.[protected]@vodafone.com for cancellation. i send it on 23rd jan, 2009. i didnt get reply till. Then i again called at customer care, all the time some body told me that we will see the status of your cancellation application and will call back you, but they didnt call back. 1) i called on 24/01/2009 at 12:38pm, talked with a lady, whose name was starting from N or M, she didnt reply me 2) i again talked on 25/01/2009 at 11:57am, which was a call from No. [protected] for billing purpose, a lady named RAMESHWARI was on call, i told her the problem and she told me that after seeing all things she will call back, but she did not reply. Now my problem is i cant go back just for connection cancellation, vodafone store in delhi, they are saying that they can take the bill of gujarat connection but cant cancell the connection of gujarat. what shoul do? I am holding Vodafone Post paid SIM. cell no. [protected]. since last 02 months i m not using service, however i m getting bill of Rs. 994/-. I have paid all dues till date on 26.02.2012 at Sea Wood collection center. Pl. process my connection cancellation. & I do not want to continue withpost paid connection anymore.

Also note that, last month i have submitted my connection cancellation form twice at Vodafone Gallary near Vashi Ralway station.

Vodafone — terminate my postpaid

I want to convert my vodafone postpaid No. [protected] to prepaid , I went to vodafone store Dwarka sector 12 with identity proof and my photographs , but the staff were not cooperative. They told that i cannot transfer it to prepaid but only can terminate it. I even tried to contact their customer service. but they also didnt help me . now what can i do to change it to prepaid

This is to inform you that we are vodafone customers recently we had agreed to change the mode of recharge from pre-paid to post paid. But for the last four days our sim cards are deactivated.Due to which we are facing a lot of problems.It is sorry to say but the customer care services of such big company are so poor nothing has done even after repeated complaints for the last 4 days.yesterday someone came for the varification after getting all the information and details he was satisfied but what report he submitted in the company they stoped our services .Today i met with pooja and fahad from your lajpat nagar vodafone store they agreed on that from our side every thing is fine but they sad they can't do anything. I have moved out from Mumbai where i used vodafone connection[protected].I have send for SIM termination on 26 September and on 28th September got a call saying SIM will be terminated in 7 days and in November second week they have send me bill for the month of October 2012.Now from December 2012 after multiple calls to customer care and sending mails to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com there is no reply neither my number is not getting terminated.Now i have left Mumbai and i cannot come back to Mumbai for asking for termination.
