[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Connection — Set caller tune and add that amount in my bill without any sort of intimation

I am Mithun Bagchi working as a Software Developer in Noida using Vodafone Post Paid Connection.My Mobile number is: [protected]. They set a caller tune without any intimation and add Rs. 50 to my bill. Again they add more bill which i use.

No one is responding properly from Vodafone Customer care.

Actually I am totally fed up with your vodafone services in Bangalore so I just want to deactivate my post paid connection. My post paid no. is [protected]. Please close this connection ASAP and let me know when it's done. Actually I am moving abroad today for long time so not able to continue my vodafone post paid connection. I convert my vodafone pre-paid connection [protected] to postpaid connection last year in 2007. i put a Scheme of Rs.444, and i never get the bill statements to by venue. I just pay the bills whatever the customer care people sent me throuh sms's. And to my surprise withih 15 days of my bill payment of April month, i got another bill of Rs.4000/- through sms. My incoming services were barred after that and in a month outgoing was also barred. I lodged complaints so many times but no action was taken place till now.
Now i've removed the sim from 1st June. PLEASE CLOSE my connection for God Sake and send me the complete bill statement to my e-mail id.

i logged in to way2sms website and i sent one message to download one logo from way2sms but i didn't get the logo and also they deducted 3 rupees from my balance and i am using vodafone network .pl let me know why this happened means the problem is with the cell phone i am using or what? and i am posting this complaint here because i don't know who is the concerned person for this .

im not talking to much but the bill is coming too much i want full printed bill (call list) to my home and also my email address otherwise ill disconnect it
I have submitted my documents for post paid connection, paid the charges and they had promised me that my number will be activated within 48 hours..but there was no respose from ur side..nor any intimation.its been more then week.i am fed up complaining to ur mobile stores.
so what shall i do next wher should i go and complain..

I am totally bugged up with the network and the service they offer.
Let me tell me the problems I face.
* When i get a call on make a call the call goes blank but the charges are reflected in my bill. Not only me all my friends have this complaint.
*Sent a keyword for changing my caller tune which was mentioned on the vodafone website. It said the keyword was wrong, rechecking it sent it again. But was not successful. I called up customer care twice they wanted me to try again after 2 hours as the server was down. Called them again as I could not make it and after stern talk I was said that song was had not been uploaded. I was charged 3 per sms for a wrong code.
* Customer care rep are short of resources and they are with limited knowledge lesser than the knowledge. They just puke out what is on the script.
*I receive a message thet my complaint was rectified. But the next call I encounter the same problem.

I have taken new post paid connection on 16th July(Number -: [protected], SIM:- [protected] and Slip no:-29554 Submited to Mahesh ([protected] came from pots paid dept.) ).
I have made a call several times to vodafone to activate the number and register a request but got no response from Vodafone.

This is very bad experience with Vodafone and can not tolerate any more.

Kindly activate the number and confirm me on [protected].
