[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Connection — Set caller tune and add that amount in my bill without any sort of intimation

I am Mithun Bagchi working as a Software Developer in Noida using Vodafone Post Paid Connection.My Mobile number is: [protected]. They set a caller tune without any intimation and add Rs. 50 to my bill. Again they add more bill which i use.

No one is responding properly from Vodafone Customer care.

I have a Vodafone prepaid connection xxxxxxxxx. The same is making my life difficult. Every 30 mins I get a Promotional automated Call from Vodafone about some scheme, Pact, Callertunes, Fortune services Etc. I called up Customer care and they told me I need to register for DNC and then after 45 days of cranky calls I wont be getting such calls.(Already Registered) Does my connection gives Vodafone the right to make my life miserable.

To add to this my balance from the account dropped and and on verifying came to know some Faminapack got activated and now nothing can be done. This kind of fardulent activities are not at all justified. Kindly take strict action and provide a logical solution for it.

Dear Sir, Since last 6 months i have been complaining about network problem that we are facing in our aria, no action has taken yet, i am using 2 postpaid nos in my home and now i am planning to change those due to network coverage problem.

Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Connection — unwanted services

I m Mohammed Shafi.. had postpaid connections [protected],I m fade up of receiving a screen msg from 57886 as we try to cancel it soon we receive unwanted general knowledge sms from FREE ZONE in our inbox .. i was surprise to found that Rs.210 has been charge for 70 unwanted sms..I fear to continue vodafone.. on calling customer care.. they say you had send a msg to special no.. on asking them to get rid of this servise ..they say they dont have control its a FLASH servise u can deactivate it..till we get the solution..we get ruin and paid Rs. 210 unneccesarily

Hi i am suja and my mobile no is [protected] this is my new no to which i have been billed 22000 with no due respect though i use it on my 3g data stick to a limited usage but how can my bill possibly reach upto 22000 in 3 days time and this is hilarious i do not wish to continue further you may disconnect my account i vow to not get any of the vodafone connections never and ever.

Today after coming back from Chail,i found that my STD call rates has been increased.When i called Vodafone Care one of their executive,Vinay Kr. Shaw did not provide me with the right explanation>he asked me to recharge with 44 which i have done just five days prior.Still they are deducting 0.90 Paisa instead of 0.50 paisa.He also did made a wrong commitment of transferring the call to the suprvisor,which did not happen after waiting for 6mins more.

I will be grateful if you kindly provide a resolution.Looking forward for your kind co-ordination and support.

Vodafone — Caller tunes not set properly

I have the set the caller tune but it is not set to the song which i selected . Whwn i call customer care they say it is the same song i selected , but it is different song . they are not ready to change. They have deducted 45 rupees also. And when i call customer care it is also charged .

I got an SMS regarding the Rs 29 recharge with Rs 15 Balance and 28 free roaming. I recharged the same but not get the Rs 15 balance till date. I also called customer care 5-6 times.
